Everything was great, the cottage was super clean and not even one block from the beach.. the owners Angela and Joe were so nice and very accommodated with whatever you needed.. I will be coming back soon. I highly recommend this one for a family or friends of six. Booking. Com doesn't show everything about this place. There are some hidden gems in this Cottage... Thanks Angela for all you and your husband do to make this place shine.

It doesn’t have a hvac unit it’s baseboard heat an was chilly

The renters in unit upstairs banging on floors thru the night. The owner was very helpful in trying to control it. Always there to answer when I called. I will rent from them again no question. They also refunded 1 night for the issue with upstairs renters Again owner has nothing to do with that and they were great

The outdoor space was amazing! We only used the left grill. The tenants upstairs used the right grill and they said that it wasn't functioning properly (fyi). Also, we accidentally broke a wine glass while washing the dishes. Just wanted to make you aware so that it could be replaced. But other than that, we had, a phenomenal time staying in your unit! It was so cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Thank you!

We had trouble figuring out the tv/streaming instructions (it would have saved us some time if they were printed in the binder). Perhaps some little firestarters for the fire pit would also be a nice touch. The only other that would have made it a better stay is back door access to the outdoor seating area instead of having to go out of the front door and around the side of the house, especially with food items.

Perfect location and the place is very convenient!
