Die Lage des Hotels ist Traumhaft. Unser Zimmer 116 (Suite Strandseite) bot eine Top Aussicht auf den Strand und das Meer. Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und ideal konzipiert für ein Hotelzimmer. Minibar war vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter Jérôme, Silvana und Daren waren Top. Das Barbecue am Strand war herrlich, mit Top Service durch Silvana. Das Essen beim Barbecue war sehr köstlich und man bekam mehr als genug.

Der Zimmerservice war zu Beginn hervorragend, wurde aber ab dem dritten Tag schlechter (kein Ersatz für dreckige Hand- und Duschtücher, keine Waschlappen mehr). Das Essen war okay, aber nicht mehr. Am letzten Abend war der Reis kalt und das Curry lauwarm. Viele Mitarbeiter wirkten demotiviert und nicht zuvorkommend. Im Badezimmer fehlte es an einer Steckdose, an welcher man seinen eigenen Haarföhn einstecken konnte.

Le manque d’ambiance

L’emplacement près de la mer est idéal.

La chambre commence à vieillir et l’odeur du bois et du vieux se fait sentir quand vous arrivez. Petite superficie malgré un bel emplacement face a la mer. Pas de geste commercial de l’établissement après un incident avec le voiturier.

The beach

Staff ignored me and only spoke to my partner in French and Creole despite being made aware that I speak English. My partner could hear staff swearing to and at each other in Creole. There were dirty towels in our room upon arrival, there were bugs crawling in the sugar at breakfast and the food was far below average. We could not get towels for the beach because they were all left out in the rain and were wet. The suite we stayed in was not well appointed and this is not anywhere near being a five star hotel as was advertised. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything good, everything magical. one of extraordinary places to stay. I highly recommend this hotel because of its great location and pleasant staff.

Staff: Not too friendly Food: Booked with half board but most of the items on the menu are with a supplement charge (very high - up to 1000 rupees or even more), the food was only mediocre and nothing special. Breakfast: Menu in the room shows for example 4 varieties of cheeses but daily 2 or max 3 cheese available, never saw the smoked salmon during breakfast even when on the menu, cheap pork ham (not even ham, processed meat only). Pastries or bread didn’t change during our 4 days and was every day the same. overall, too high for this price. Property wants to be fancy but doesn’t deliver with the food especially with the high prices during dinner. For example a lamb shank is free of charge but duck additional 1000 rupees. Salmon steak also additional cost but tuna steak free in half board. After 3 or 4 evenings slowly running out of choices. Staff was ok but not super friendly. internet super slow and barely could use it
