Beautiful view of the lake, great location, Hotel staff was wonderful. Restaurants and shopping were all pretty close to this location.
Would have liked additional pillows, only 2 pillows when usually a hotel provides 4, in addition to having a blanket handy.
Curtains were pulled back and unable to block the sun coming in the window.
Overall it was a great find.

The staff was exceptional and were consistently helpful. We really appreciated the young woman who managed our check-in and the entire breakfast staff ~ they were fabulous as was the breakfast!
The 38 steps aren't bad at all but one suitcase was so heavy that we appreciated the help of the young man behind the desk!

Location, the staff was amazing, and access to the amenities at sister property - the spa and rooftop bar are phenomenal!
Tons of light in the room so would be nice to have more light blocking curtain for sleeping

There are 38 steps to get to the property. They indicate it in their description, I didn’t pay attention to that…

Perfectly situated for everything. The ferry port, shops, bars, restaurants. Very comfortable beds & pillows. Staff was exceptional, very welcoming & helpful. We had an issue with a blackout blind the first couple of nights & the staff sorted it. They understood our concerns & could not have been more helpful.
Hot water could have been hotter.

the gym opens very late, I chose this hotel because of the gym and I couldn't go there

The room was clean and nice, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was abundant. The staff was very nice. We enjoyed the stay greatly.

Wonderful location, very clean, good breakfast,
stunning restaurant terrace. Also hotel guests have
opportunity to go to wonderful rooftop terrace
which is in other hotel and can be entered only by
guests of these two hotels. Unfortunatelly the bar
was closed but we enjoyed wonderful view of the
Bellagio at night.

I liked how central the location was and how they had free breakfast. The view from my room was also very nice.
