Posizione eccellente, a due passi da via dei tribunali e vicino a TUTTO quello che serve; Disponibilità massima del proprietari; C'è tutto quello che serve sia per un semplice appoggio, sia per soggiorni veri e propri (in particolare, cucina dotata di tutto).

Bagno migliorabile (doccia in particolare) e pessimo odore costante dagli scarichi, forse per lavori in corso nei pressi.

La posizione è invidiabile , in mezzo alle vie principali ma comunque silenziosa . La casa è ben tenuta e il proprietario è molto preciso nel fornire tutte le info per potersi muovere .

la posizione della struttura consente di coniugare un pò di turismo anche a noi che eravamo li per lavoro ... e questo e stato fantastico perche a due passi da casa c'era tutto cio di cui avevamo bisogno ... spero di ritornarci per un soggiorno relax e ringrazio la mia collega Carla per l'ottima scelta .

It could be cleaner (mainly bathroom) - I advice the owner to speak with clening company and ask them to do it better.

Jedyny plus tego obiektu to doskonała lokalizacja. Obiekt w samym sercu Neapolu, co pozwala zwiedzać Neapol na różne sposoby. Niedaleko stacja metra, dworzec kolejowy. Tuż po wyjściu z obiektu mnóstwo barów, restauracji i klimat Neapolu wyczuwalny na każdym kroku.

Stan sanitarny i techniczny obiektu budzi szereg zastrzeżeń. Okropna łazienka z grzybem, rozpadającymi się drzwiami i niezbyt czystą podłogą. Wyczuwalny zapach gazu z piecyka gazowego i ciągłe problemy z uzyskaniem odpowiedniej temperatury wody. Pościel śmierdząca chemią. Jedna z sypialni tak małą, że walizkę rozkładaliśmy w korytarzu. Brak normalnego czajnika do zagotowania wody - mały imbryczek, kawiarka lub rondelek aby zagotować wodę dla więcej niż dwóch osób. Oferowanie obiektu dla czterech osób to pomyłka.

the beds was okei and location very good

bad smell at the bathroom, no hot water the first 24 hours. Very dirty at the bathroom and the kitchen, the toilet seat was broken and the toilet dirty.

Very cosy apartment in perfect location with beautiful view in Naples historical center. Apartment has all facilities, comfortable beds, also is spacious and clean. Everything you need is reached by hand and all the historical locations are nearby. Host is a very nice and helpful person. Quick answers and let us to check out late which was perfect for rainy day with child :) We planning to come back and definetely will book same apartment again. Thank you so much!
