Nice clean house on the mountain side. Very quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants. We loved hanging out in the backyard and relaxing after long days of outdoor activities.

The host was amazing. She kept in touch making sure everything was great. When we had an epic snowstorm 3 days in a row she arranged for the driveway to be plowed every day. We had a great time. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in this quaint cottage. We liked that it backs up to the mountain for great privacy and loved the cozy living room with a wood burning stove. The property is easily accessible for everything in the Layton/Ogden area, including our trips to Antelope Island and Weber State. Some of the linens, towels, decor could use updating, but that is a pretty minor complaint for an otherwise very nice stay.

Stayed here the first week of January 2023 with my family for a week of skiing at Snowbasin. The host was wonderful about communicating with us and had the home ready with a fire in the wood burning stove when we arrived. The house is warm and comfortable, and the host left many nice touches (the chocolates were a treat!) that made our stay absolutely wonderful. They were generous enough to leave us a garage door remote so we could easily pack and unpack our skis each day and store them in the garage overnight. The house is about a 25 minute drive from Snowbasin and I would estimate about an hour from Park City and the Big/Little Cottonwood Canyon. The neighborhood is nice and the town of Layton has everything you need. We were just so happy with our stay and highly recommend this property.

staying at this property was the best experience anyone cld have looking to stay around salt lake city. the house is perfect.everything worked great. the property is close to everything from shopping to skiing to site seeing. the home owner is by far the nicest most accommodating home owner ever. the house itself is perfect for this area. cozy fireplaces, nice appliances giant yard. my entire family was impressed from day 1 and it only got better. As for Holly there is no way anyone cld be a sweeter caring person. thank you so much Holly for everything you did for us. we are truly grateful. anyone wanting to stay around slc shld grab this house if it's available..you will absolutely love it.

Some family members were attending the Anime Banzai at the Davis Conference Center. The house's location was great for this purpose and met our needs.

Holly is a great host. Everything was just as we expected with the house and Holly went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. The house is in a great location for access to the mountains and trails and I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Salt Lake area.

We had a lovely stay in this house, the communication with the tenant was perfect and the house was bigger than expected with everything you need. The house in located in a quiet area and in a great location to visit Antelop island.

This is a very warm, homey place to stay. They have provided everything for your stay. It is close to Farmington and actually in Layton - great access to highway 89. 1/2 mile walk to Fernwood regional park/ hike. Everything worked well, hot showers, very clean! and good instructions. It was so cute and cosy with fireplaces etc. we were charmed!

Holly's home was absolutely perfect. It had everything you needed and more. Tastefully decorated, with a fully stocked kitchen. Holly is quick to respond to any questions that you might have. Location was perfect for this solo ski traveler. Snowbasin was a easy stress free 25 minute ride from this location. Highly recommended.
