Breakfast was wonderful! We enjoyed the room.

I liked the breakfast.

I didn’t like it, it was so dirty in the bathroom. The bed and the pillow is not comfortable and they are not cleaned. The ventilation in the room was off and this was the worst.

I had communicated with the property via booking.com that I wanted connected rooms since April. I did not get a confirmation from them regarding this matter or else I would’ve changed hotels! Plus both rooms were the same rate, however one was a single cabin like room and one was a double family style room with the same price!

Just across the street from Malmö Central station. Friendly and helpful staff who were very responsive to messages.

Vicinity and hotel nice

Hot Breakfast was poor BUT we had 5 fire alarms in one night out in the street at 1.40 am for 20 mins back to bed got to sleep then again . Got up started to dress and it stopped- then a further 3 times the last bring approx 6am . VERY IMPORTANTLY THE FIRE ESCAPE EMERGENCY LIGHTS DIDNT WORK SO BACK STAIRS PITCH BLACK I had no apology from anyone . Had to work the next day at important event with no sleep

the bathtub was not placed correctly against the wall, so every time we took a shower the badroom flooded, minor inconvenience

I was not sure about other hotels because of some bad comments about the hotel, but I had an excellent staff, clean and perfect rooms, delicious breakfast, and a comfortable stay with good heating. I would stay at this hotel again.

Everything was perfect. Clean rooms and very nice and helpful personnel. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. The room was equipped with all sorts of appliances which we didn't use but it was very good to have access to it just in case. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel's position was great, just outside the central station, walking distance between 3-5 minutes. I was afraid it would be noisy at night given the area, but it was nice and quiet. I also very appreciate that we could leave our luggage in the hotel luggage room before check-in and even after check-out, since our bus to Copenhagen was leaving 3 hours after check-out. Truly recommend!

the culture and the history which hotel have was fascinating. we also liked the breakfast and it is too close to the train.

Small room. No room for suitcases.

Especially the option to Go Green and suspend cleaning for the duration of my stay. Also, it was very quiet which is unusual for most hotels (some guests were up till 4 a.m. but the noise didn’t carry too much). And the room was pleasantly warm. (I’ve been in some very chilly hotels.) Breakfast was cleverly organized in that there were no trays. Guests had to go several times instead which prevented long queues. Good idea!

There was no genuine ”filmjölk”, youghurt or butter at breakfast. Only lactose-free or soy-based. Fortunately, there was milk (intended for coffee, but enough for cereal), or I would have had to skip cereal. I usually take a little butter with my croissant, but I solved that by using honey instead. If you’re on doctor’s orders to avoid soy, and the added enzyms in lactose-free products don’t agree with you, the lack of choice is a problem.

The breakfast was really good.

the Location is good. the bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel and across the street you have the central train station where you can get the train and go to visit Copenhagen. The city center is at walking distance and also the sea. We didn’t use any transportation besides the bus from/to the airport and train to Copenhagen. We walked everywhere. Breakfast was ok, the omelette too runny and the coffee terrible.

We booked 2 rooms at this hotel and found out at the property that we are booked in a different hotel, around the corner. On booking it wasn’t mentioned that there are 2 hotels, but in their private system it appeared that we selected the rooms in the second hotel. One of the rooms looked nothing like in the photos on Booking. It was an old room with wooden walls. The bathtub flooded the bathroom. It was really bad. We managed to change it the next day, but it wasn’t easy. The receptionist that checked us in didn’t know to tell us where the rooms were. She said that both rooms are on the first floor, but one room was in the second floor and the next was at the third floor. we were wondering around the floors searching for the rooms with our luggage. The key she gave us didn’t work, also on Monday we missed the breakfast, because we were told that it ends at 11:00, but only on weekends.
