Amazing place! Rooms are small but designed in a unique and very clever way, so it feels big. Kids loved it! Hammock, bike, stairs, dishwasher, fridge, cooking facilities, etc. Area is very calm and probably most progressive in Malmö. Check out the architecture! Still walking distance from everything.

Doors face a street so if people are loud outside you hear it, but street is very quiet so it was not a problem. Only negative thing was cleaning lady waking us up 2 hours before checking out.

Nice apartment with all facilities. Good location, within walking distance of the sea. Our daughter really loved the big skatepark right in front of the hotel.

Quite dark and no private parking.

Bike included! Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy hammock.

The design

It is too small for 4 (2 adults and 2 young children). There were only 3 chairs for the 4 of us. The light in the bathroom was missing the cap, with electric wires exposed ... And you have to leave the front door open on the street to proper ventilate the room.

The Air BnB was in a quiet area and was close to the beach. It was possible to walk to the city center from the property.

The beds were placed under the stairs which had gaps in them. Meaning all the dirt would get into the bed. The third bed was literally under the stairs with barely any space to sit up straight!!! Plus there were cobwebs and an insect on the third bed. Totally disappointing.

Beautiful interior and very clean space. Great location. Due to construction works we had some issues with warm water and heating, but we were offered a compensation. Bike coming with every apartment was a nice and convenient touch. Awesome check-in system.

There was no hairdryer, even though we were told someone will bring us one. There was no possibility to rent more bikes.

Nice location, opposite skatepark and public transport. Easy check in. Complementary bike.

There was no kettle in the kitchen. Some lights didn’t work. A bit dark inside.

* Contemporary, stripped-back design is memorable * Directly opposite the Stapelbäddsparken Skatepark so ideal for family or friends who are into skating or BMX * Well equipped kitchenette * Lidl and Coop supermarkets nearby * We initially chose it as affordable alternative to staying in Copenhagen but ended up spending the majority of our time in Malmo instead. Partly because the location helped us to discover great views and swimming decks at Scaniabadet in Scaniaparken. The sunset was stunning. * We'd happily stay at OhBoy again and recommend it to family and friends

* The free bike was fantastic but only of limited use when the apartments are rented by a couple or family because it's not possible for everyone to go on a bike ride together. It would have been great if multiple bikes could be borrowed (I now see some indication that this might be possible, but as it was completely self-service check-n we never met anyone to ask about this.) * It would have been useful to have information about the local bus (which bus number, price and how to pay) in advance because the apartment was a fair walk from the train station/city centre. * The apartment we stayed in was laid out over several floors (two sets of internal stairs) so it was not wheelchair-accessible. *Our apartment could accommodate three people. However, a single bed was tucked under the stairs and while it was a neat space solution but might feel a bit cramped for someone sleeping there as there was not much room to get in and out. * The listing photos showed a living area with a hammock but our apartment didn't have that so it would have been nice to know which apartment type did have it (to be fair, ours had a Chaise Longue instead, which was a nice touch)

Nice practical flat in a beautiful place.

In the beginning we could not open the door with code. So we got another flat and rest of the stay was pleasant.

It had everything we needed, it was comfortable and well situated. We loved that every room had a bike available to use.

It didn't have a blowdryer and the walls were thin and we heard our neighbours/ from outside.

The location of the hotel is very nice, it’s close to the central bus station, Malmö centre and the sea as well. The best part is that a few steps from the hotel door there is a skate park. The room was very interesting, no one from our friend group hasn’t stayed in such hotel before but it was really cool because it is different and the space is exceptionally used.

The only negative thing is that the sounds can be heard from other rooms.

Everything is clean, cute and comfortable. If I return to Malmö, I’ll stay here for sure!

The rooms are really cozy and the beds very comfortable. The location is great, we walked everywhere in the city.

Our room was missing the advertised hammock and the cleaning could've been a bit better. It also took us a while to find our room at the back side, maybe some clear directions would be appreciated.

The rooms are very well organised. Inside there is everything you need for a short stay

The bathroom is located in the basement and has no windows this creates a very humid environment. The rooms get light from the door, there are no real windows to open.

there is possibility to cook. the studio is equipped with stoves. there are also dishwashers.

It was very comfortable, in general gives you that home vibe.

What I didn’t like was the hairs everywhere, in bad, toilet and tower so I would recommend prioritizing cleaning.
