Sehr freundliches Personal. Direkter Zugang zur Therme und eine Terrasse mit Garten.
Zwei Zimmer gebucht. In beiden Zimmern Spinnweben. In einem war der Fliesenspiegel verspritzt und das Geschirr verschmutzt. Sehr unterschiedliche Küchenutensilien in den Zimmern. Zum Teil fehlte Besteck. Im anderen Zimmer blätterte die Farbe von den Flien und beide Bäder schwarze Ecken und nicht gereinigt.

They were not clear about the parking cost on the advert. It’s 5 euros a night and they said they will make that clearer in posting

It was a bit difficult to find the building, as they are so many in that area, and the garage was also hard to find, more about the parking and how to get there will be very useful for future clients.
I did not like the room (there is just one photo on booking with the room and no photos of the bathroom) and the kitchen, the carpet floor was with some stains/dirty and the air was not so pleasant, maybe because the building is old... The sheats were with just one cover, like the first layer and I found some hair in the bed, I do not know if I will come back here.

Good value for money. Nice surroundings with the possibility of various activities as a bonus. Made a stop-over on the way to another destination, but already thinking of a relaxing extended weekend here.
Maybe just learn from our misunderstanding, when we accidentally drove our car right in front of the building where there is a pedestrian zone, but we should probably have gone straight to the underground garages.

We have been going to the apartment house regularly several times a year for several years. The location of the house is excellent and the access to the spa is perfect.
Receptionists are helpful, very pleasant.

Clean, tide rooms. Next to therme pools (u can go undergruond straight to the pools).Quite city, but can find places to eat. Easy Point for getting keys if arrive late.
Bathrooms needs renovation (not coloring the tiles only), beds can be newer.

The location of the apartment house is excellent, access to the spa is very convenient and quick - through an underground warm corridor. That is, from the room in a bathrobe straight to the spa. Quiet location including access to the garden and underground garages. Very helpful reception staff.

We stayed in hotel for the third time and as always everything was perfect. Great price for value.

We liked the location and the secured parking garage. The apartment was very spacious with a big balcony. The beds were comfortable. The mini kitchenette has everything you need.
We had received in advance a very good information regarding the collection of the key and garage chip.
The chemical smell of the room probably from the cleaning products. It triggered my astma and I barely could sleep. The carpet and the furniture are very old with a lot of stains. We did not have any soap in the bathroom and we used our shower gel to wash our hands and bodies.

Peaceful, beautiful location with nice facilities
We arrived around 8pm and could not find the hotel car park, but we still found a place to park.

Self-check-in was a breeze now that we knew what to do.
As we stayed only overnight we didn't bother with the underground garage.
There was no soap provided, so make sure to have your own toiletries.

The key collection was easy. Tiny TicTacs were also a very sweet gesture.
- The explanation for the underground garage is horrible. Please take a screenshot from Google Maps and draw the exact location.
- The underground garage parking places assigned to this hotel are at a very high angle, felt very uncomfortable leaving the car overnight without any blocks under the wheels, but it's not something the hotel can change now.
- I would suggest getting smaller pillows as an option. The current pillows are too big for some of us.
- The sofa is too short for anyone over 1.40m

Kitchen appliances were available. Location is in a good area, parking place was good and enough for a lot of cars.
The air flow was not efficient. We needed to open windows in order to refresh the air

Always a pleasure to come back here. We were here before and we chose it again because the location is convenient on our travels. This time we chose a slightly bigger room which was great and super clean. Nice little chocolates were waiting for us in the room - my daughter was thrilled 😀
Carpark is right under the hotel and is charged separately, as well as the local tax charge which is calculated per person.
Check in late is very convenient with keys left in the safe at the entrance.
I would live to come here one day and actually find more pillows on the bed, but this might be just my preference.
It's an absolute nightmare to get to the hotel from the carpark if you don't know the way. There are no signs to direct you. The hotel manager kindly wrote us a message about how to get inside from the main entrance but not from the garage. We arrived very late and didn't want to disturb anyone with phone calls, but if clear signs would be placed up on the doors, at least, that would definitely solve the problem.
