Loved the room was very clean and the bed is super comfortable.

Bedroom, location and cleaning.
Exactly the day that I booked 17th June, at 1 pm the water in thus hotel, would run out. We booked this hotel to get ready for a wedding, and I didn't expect it.
So, I think that information should be sent before our booking, for us to arrive earlie. In addition, we shouldn't don't be charged to stay there at least 1 hour before.
Is there any chance to get any discount next time? Because I would like to come back to this area, also recommend it to my friends too.

Reasonably quiet, clean and tidy
Good room, but crap shower. The shower head wouldn’t stay on and fell off swinging everywhere and water with it. Had to hold it to have a shower. For the money you pay you definitely expect better in a shower head.

Nice and clean facilities and very comfortable. Night check in staff were fantastic and very informative.
I would have given 5 stars for value for money but the buffet breakfast was a bit disappointing. Bacon resembled Jerky, jam donuts were stale and watermelon tasted like the rind and very bitter, despite being the flesh part of the watermelon. Hot Breakfast needs improvement to ensure quality of products.

Convenient location. Next to club for a choice of meals other than motel restaurant.
Request for soft pillows not met despite making 2 requests. Bathroom unsatisfactory with toilet seat not fitting the bowl. Slipped in the bathroom injuring my knee as the inadequate shower screen did not prevent water spraying on the floor,despite being careful.

Everything was great. Good value for money. Awesome location. Clean facilities and the room was super clean and Bed comfy.
There was a bit of a musty smell, however that's just the smell of a room being closed up for awhile. There was a beautiful fragrance throughout the hotel itself and corridors, spray that in the rooms.
