A fan in the room and big space in the room with a nice balcony. Good swimming pool

The beds were very hard. Depending on which person, not all the personal was friendly.

Superb service. Great accommodation and having stayed at this property in May everything was perfect. The check in staff - Lady and Menorcan chap with a Madrid mother were simply outstanding in their help. Nothing was too much for them. Their eye to detail was noted. We would love to come back a third time. As they say no hay 2 sin 3!

Prices in the bar could have a been a little cheaper and the offering of cocktails. We went to the Cove bar however would have preferred in the complex.

Large, spacious apartment with balcony. Clothes dryer available. Dishes available in the kitchen. No dish liquid, sponge or other accessories. Our room had a not well maintained bathtub. Nice service. Great pool and very nice common area.

Nice apartment and swimming pool, the temperature of water is warm and perfect. Food from the restaurant bar is good too.

The swimming pool was closed so early in the summer, the bar as well… so we couldn’t enjoy it. (no make sense) We got 33 degrees and the fans wasn’t working properly, we were melting, we couldn’t sleep very well, we felt so bad. We didn’t have service in the room, the housekeeper just changed the towels. There was no detergent and loofah in the kitchen, so we have to buy it. Unfortunately our expectations were not met in this accommodation, I do not recommend it!

Lovely location near a pretty cove ideal for swimming, although there is a pool on site which is fine. We went when it was particularly hot so we spent a lot of time in the sea / pool. Apartment was fine with a view over the pool. Shop on site was handy.

It is not easy to get to unless you have a taxi. We used the buses which were not always reliable. It is a good 3o min walk to the main city which is great if it is not too hot.

scooter rental was quite expensive; a lot of sand on the balcony, room could have been cleaned a little bit more thoroughly

in the evening the sun was shining directly into the room and it was unbelievably hot and the fan inside wasn’t enough

the breakfast was not worth the price and it had low variety. the apartment was really hot without air conditioning. the fan made nothing and we had to rent an extra one to sleep fresh at night

The place is good the pools are great there is bar at the complex and the shop close to the beach good access to the rest of the island but the rooms are not having air condition which in hot country and summer is essential I was not aware there is fan in one room only and no air corn as whenever I went it was always air condition so my fault but this should be change at that location As well u can’t choose the room you coming last you having room which is left from the pool side could be a bit cooler maybe because of the water but the lady said u can’t choose the room . Other then this what had huge impact on my review the place is good .
