The pools were lovely and it was a great location from the beach and nearby bars and restaurants

The reception staff were lovely but the restaurant staff were not helpful or friendly . Once we waited over and hour to have our order taken and another time I gave up after 40 minutes waiting to try and get a coffee one morning

only plus was property had air conditioning and was a good location

very very outdated, hasn’t changed since they were built. grounds very unkempt. very neglected and in need of modernization.

It was good value for money reception staff very helpful and lots of pools. Apartments were basic but clean and comfortable. The Disney show on one of the nights was very good. Near to shop, bars and restaurants

Short of staff around restaurant and bars , no entertainment for children during the day around the pools. The kids club available was only for TUI bookings which was hard to explain to children. Some areas around main pool needed a bit more cleaning.

easy to park. lots of pools but mainly full of kids. good supermarket across the road. easy walk to bars and restaurants. easy drive to nicer beaches down south.

most of the rooms don't look like the photos and have balconies that look over nothing rather than pool. very family orientated and lots of kids.

The location and facilities are very good for families.

We booked an apartment for two adults and a 10 year old. The sofa bed that was given for my son was not only a bit dirty and worn out but the wood box spring missed several boards. We complained and they fixed it, yet, the sofa bed was uncomfortable and our son ended up sleeping with us. Given that we paid for an apartment for 3, that sofa bed is not proper accommodation. There were also many ants around the kitchen and the wardrobes were dusty and smelly. We did not need to use the bedding inside because it was pretty hot, but if we had needed to do it, we would have had to ask for clean bedding: what they had in the wardrobe was unacceptable.
