Sauber, nettes Personal, sehr bequemes Bett.

Die Föne sollten ausgetauscht werden. Sind alt und gefährlich. Hinten fehlte bei meinem der Filter und hat deswegen meine Haare reingezogen.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück kann man wirklich sehr empfehlen. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig.

Das Badezimmer ist leider renovierungsbedürftig. Die Duschtüren waren sehr undicht. Und die abzugshaube ging leider nicht.

Das Hotel liegt in relativ guter Nähe zur Reeperbahn. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgetattet. Wir hatten dieses mal ein sehr süßes Zimmer, da hatten wir in diesem Hotel schon einfachere Zimmer. Die Parkplatzsituation ist natürlich nicht gut, allerdings sind die Parkplätze kostenlos.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort ohne Frühstück. Das Bad war etwas eng gebaut aber das ist ein minimaler Kritikpunkt. Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen. Die Parkplatzsituation ist natürlich nicht gut, es gibt nur begrenzte Hotelparkplätze und man kann nicht reservieren. Wir haben in einem nahe gelegenen Parkhaus geparkt.

Unkomplizierte Abwicklung und sehr gute Lage

Good location, close to the center. Spacious, clean room.

The room was very noise, the windows hardly insulate the noise of the main road. Take an earplug with you to be able to sleep.

I liked the localisation and how a good communication point was nearby (U-Bahn). Also, a lot of cool places to visit nearby!

The place wasn't cleaned entirely after last guests (we found some hair in the shower, as well as the mirror in the bathroom was dirty from makeup from previous guests).

Nice place, for 1-2 days to spend

Bed wasn’t clear, like they didn’t change sheets or something. And light in bathroom was turning off oftenly.

cloth if former traveler in the room unfrirndly reception called me after 0.00 at night to tell me they forgot to sign something, I friendly asked, if it cannot wait till tomorrow? next day it was not relevant. Beside the hotel called me without sending their number...
