We paid for clean linens and towels twice and called twice to make sure they would be there and then they were not when we showed up. We had to wait until late on our first night for someone to bring them over.

This place was disgusting. It was as though it had not been cleaned after the last guest. We walked in and were immediately greeted with an overwhelming stench from marijuana. The floors with filthy, there was a load of wet towels in the washer, one of the living chairs was nearly rotted
away…could go on and on. Will never stay again.

It was a adequate place to stay during our recent fishing trip. It had all the necessary items we needed and was clean; however, the outside water faucet wasn’t working. Not a big deal as we had a work around, but otherwise not a bad place to stay.

We had a wonderful time at this Put in Bay rental. The showers were very clean and the golf cart was waiting for us when we arrived just like we ordered. Our refrigerator was the only issue as it did not stay very cold at times for our food. Otherwise, this is a clean, fun location that can't be beat!

This was our first family vacation with both my children my fiancé and I we had an amazing time and are very much looking forward to making this a standing tradition in the month of August so I would like to definitely explore further bookings with your property... we had a lot of fun we’re sad to have to leave and we meet a lot of great people who we have stayed in contact r with !! Great place to stay for our annual Lake Erie Fishing trip from South Dakota. Always a clean welcoming cabin. Hot water heater wasn’t working and Dottie was very helpful in getting the parts to get it going again. Dottie goes out of her way to make us fell welcome and is attentive to our needs.

I HAD AGREAT EXPERIENCE.THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME STAYING OVER NIGHT,AND IT WAS FUN,EXCEPT WHEN THE AIR CONDITIONER BROKE DOWN IT WAS FIX, FAST.THEY EVEN GAVE US A WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER,AND A FAN. UNTIL THE MAIN ONE WAS FIXED.THANK YOU MANAGEMENT.THE GAS GRILL WAS LEFT DIRTY BUT WAS CLEAN UP QUICKLY BY MANAGEMENT.OVER ALL IT WAS GERAT STAY WILL BE BACK AGAIN.

We had a great few days. Having a house to fit all of us was great. Price was right, loved the extra night for free. The only down side,thought we had wifi but didn't except at the pool. The floors/carpet need cleaned,(our feet/socks got extremely dirty walking without shoes)other than that we didn't have any issues with the house. Maybe put some freshener around. Not a major issue for us, the drawers in the refrigerator were broken.

For the most part the home was great for what we needed. There was definitely some fixing up needed in areas.. the fridge didn’t have a handle, there was trim missing from cabinets, there’s basically a hole in the floor by the bathroom attached to bedroom 1 and screen was not attached at the bottom of one of the sliding doors.. Otherwise the home is a good home. It just needs minor repairs. Nothing that would keep me from renting again.

Great Stay as always. My 4th year in a row staying at the Island Club for the Battle in the Bay Volleyball tournament, and 1st time at #81. Again was not disappointed. Property is very clean and plenty of room for 10 people to stay!
My only complaint is that i think it is time for all the rental properties to have WiFi. I am pretty sure people would be willing to pay an extra 5-10 bucks a night for WiFi. Having Wifi at the pool is nice, but it would be better if it was in the villas also.
Overall, it was still a great stay and would stay here again!! Cant wait for next year!!

Before I begin I know this is probably a stressful weekend for the staff and owners of the cabins due to the fact that their are hundred of college kids coming up, but I don't think it is right treat us the way we were treated. Within hours of us arriving the property manager was at our cabin claiming that the yard was to messy and their were too many people on the deck. I will admit the yard was messy but as soon as we noticed it getting out of hand we were cleaning it up. In regards to the deck comment, at anytime throughout the weekend there were no more than 20 people on that deck. These actions by the property manager continued the first day and thof second day that we were there. However there were numerous other cabins that looked just like us, but he seemed to only come to our cabin. I was very disappointed with the way we were treated this past weekend. As renters we have the right to quiet enjoyment, that is the right to enjoy the property without interference by the landlord or property manager. I believe this right was violated, and because of this I will probably never rent from the Island Club again.

As soon as we walked in, the ac was on and cold. Outside of having groceries to feed us with, the cabin was Live In Ready. Everything was clean and organized and the outside sitting areas were properly furnished, as was the inside of the modest space. We look forward to staying there again, the next time we visit. We booked our Island Club rental through an online site, then spoke with Tracy who guided us through the booking. Upon arrival I met with Sandy who gave us the keys to our golf cart for our 2 day stay. The house was in good shape and clean. The staff was very friendly and assisted with TV operation and replaced faulty cart quickly. They added to the enjoyment of our stay. I would only ask for more lamps in the house. Not a fan of overhead lighting. Can't wait to return.
