Tiene una ubicación central y estratégica. No creo que llegue a ser 4 estrellas, pero es un muy buen tres estrellas.

L'hotel est tres bien situe pour allez rapidement a pied partout. Une chambre propre et tres confortable avec un grand balcon au calme et une jolie vue. un bon lit large. Le personel tres serviable et souriant. Le petit dejeuner avec tellement de choix.
L'hotel est a deux pas de la station de metro "Syntagma". Il faut 45mn pour rejoindre l'aeroport en metro par la ligne M3. la liaison est disponible toute les demi-heure - c'etait pratique et rassurant.

A busy hotel in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Great WiFi (it stayed connected half way down the road!). Good breakfast. Good sized room.
We found the room quite noisy due to road traffic and had trouble sleeping. By comparison we are now in an apartment in a similar location at half the price and the double glazing works a charm! Unfortunately this renders the Amalia very low value for money.

Breakfast was amazing! There was great selection from eggs/sausage; to pastries, fruit, cheeses, a variety of breads. You name it. Well staffed, everything remained stocked, tables cleared promptly. You couldn't ask for more!
Oh and the coffee.... wow!
My only small suggestion is that the room could have used more outlets. Beautifully well maintainer, but somewhat older, it lacks the number of plug-ins/charging two guests could use. This did NOT cause any big problem for us. If we get back to Athens we will stay here again.

Superbly central location. Very close to all the main tourist attractions. Was able to easily walk to the Acropolis site, Plaka, Roman Forums, etc. Very easily accessible from the Metro train station, hardly 1 min walk with lots of shops and restaurants around. Very friendly and welcoming staff. They made every attempt that the stay was comfortable. The breakfast was also really good. Bonus is the view of Acropolis from the rooftop, specially at night.
Room was very small, specially the Bathroom. Overall, the bathroom was maintained very clean, but was really small, specially the bathing area had just enough space to barely stand and take a bath.

An excellent hotel in all respects. Very conveniently located by Syntagma square, close to the airport bus and all other transportation, as well as walking distance from all central-Athens sites. Very friendly and efficient staff, very nice and comfortable rooms, very rich and complete breakfast, very clean — a hotel giving full satisfaction and value. The hotel can also very conveniently arrange all tours.

Location of the hotel is excellent! Some rooms have nice view but not all. Rooftop has a beautiful view to Acropolis. I worked from there however plugs were without electricity.
Lights were limited in the room. I missed a comfortable chair.
