Viel tegen dat er technische problemen waren met de sauna. Terwijl ik een dag van tevoren nog een mail kreeg met de openingstijden 😯😞

Nous avions réservé chambre avec balcon, à notre arrivé nous avons une chambre sans balcon, nous sommes donc aller à l’accueil, qui nous ont offert une nuit dans leur plus grande chambre de l’hôtel et 2 autres nuits dans une chambre énorme sauf sans balcon mais la chambre était incroyable, juste pour ça nous voulons les remercier infiniment.

Rien, tout était très bien, le personnel était très agréable, même le restaurant de l’hôtel, était très bon et pas excessif sur les prix.

Chambre spacieuse et propre; très bonne literie. Parking privé avec borne de recharge gratuite. Piscine et sauna très bien agencés. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Le personnel de l'hotel (accueil / petit déjeuner) n'a pas l'attitude qu'ou pourrait attendre d'un 4 étoiles (discussions entre collègues pendant que vous attendez à l'accueil, rangement du buffet de petit déjeuner 30 min avant l'heure de fermeture indiquée, etc.)

Das Hotel macht optisch einen ganz guten Eindruck. Im Zimmer war alles was man braucht. Das Frühstück war gut und entsprach den Erwartungen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht gut. Weder um in die Altstadt zu gelangen, noch um schnell wieder auf der Autobahn zu sein. Nach einer Ankunft in strömenden Regen hätten wir nach einem Tag im Auto gerne im Hotel zu Abend gegessen. Leider bot man uns erst für 20.30Uhr einen Tisch an. Das war uns zu spät, so dass wir doch noch mal in die Stadt gefahren sind. Wir haben dann nach unserer Rückkehr noch ein Glas Wein im Hotel getrunken. Auf der Rechmung am nächsten Morgen stand dann leider nicht nur dieser sondern noch diverses andere, so dass wir erstmal reklamieren mussten. Das Personal spricht zum Teil noch nicht mal Englisch. Im Hotelflur roch es ausgesprochen muffig - warum auch immer. Von unserem Zimmer aus konnten wir den Außenpool sehen, was eigentlich schön wäre, wenn er sich nicht in eine braune Kloake verwandelt hätte. Vielleicht durch den starken Regen?

the hotel garden and swimming pool were quite nice

there is nothing to see around the hotel. You can't just have a nice walk around. We had no cleaning done on the second day, on the third it was very lightly done.

The breakfast was OK and I would go so far as to say it was fairly porters

I did assistance helping with my suitcases and late afternoon when we arrived there was just one lady attending the whole hotel from the reception to everything else though very efficient.

Excellent surrounding, cosy, so comfortable loved it and would definitely go back.

Hotel was a nice quiet sanctuary away from the crowds of Avignon Centre. Nice breakfast buffet and staff was very helpful with providing information on using the local bus system to get to Avignon town centre getting taxi service to take us to the TGV train station.

Hotel is a little out of the way from all the tourist action. Also not exactly clear how to get to hotel from Avignon Centre train station. It would be helpful if the add some information to the hotel website.

we were promised a restaurant and bar ~ after a long day sightseeing we returned hoping for a meal and a drink before going to bed but the restaurant was closed on two out of the three night and the bar although opened the staff could only serve wine or bottled beer and the wine was warm - facilities promised did not exist!!!! very poor poor!!!!

The indoor pool was seriously incredible. There was a mirror on the ceiling which was actually super fun! The rooms were nice, comfortable beds, about the size you'd expect. Also saw surprise geckos around the building (not inside, don't worry haha), which was cute!

Super weird bathrooms. There was a window looking from the bed directly over the toilet, which thankfully had shutters, but just a weird addition. The double doors (they were narrow, about a foot wide each) to the bathroom didn't close all the way, and left about an inch gap. There was also a fridge in there right next to the door, where you'd think shoes would go, and the fridge didn't actually keep anything cold. We thought it was broken, but when we asked the front desk, they said that the fridge stayed at about 15 degrees Celsius which was SO WEIRD!
