Renting process was smooth and seamless, Cute and comfortable little studio, has everything you need for a stay on the island.

Loved our stay at this condo in Maho Beach. Perfect spot for a couple to enjoy the sun and fun. Great location with views to the famous Maho Beach and planes taking off and landing at Juliana Airport. Right in the heart of the Maho section of Simpson Bay, walk to excellent restaurants, casino, beachfront bars. Inexpensive cab rides if you want to venture further. The hosts did a really thorough job of making sure their unit had everything you need for a fantastic stay. Very comfortable bed and nice big smart TV, WiFi worked well. We'd go back in a heartbeat. Five stars across the board.

I did truly enjoyed the stay in that appartement. It is clean, fully equipped, internet is free, and tv as well, which is not the case everywhere on the island. The location is perfect. The communication with the owner was easy and fluid. I would stay here again. I am truly grateful for that stay. Thank you 😊

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Joy was very communicative and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. The view was awesome, I love watching planes come and go so the porch provided lots of opportunities for me to indulge in one of my favorite past times. If we had to nitpick, I would say that the Wi-Fi connection could be improved, it would go in and out, but that may be the provider’s fault and not host. Other than that, everything was great and clean. There is a supermarket nearby and a few eateries within walking distance as well. Our favorites were the crepe place and the lemon-garlic wings at Tres Amigos. The beach is also very close by, and is the famous Maho Beach where planes land overhead. I would stay here again.

We had an amazing time staying at Joy and Dale’s condo unit. We didn’t rent a car during our stay, but we didn’t even need one. The place is surrounded by all your essential spots such as a grocery store, restaurants, casino, and a breezy 15 minute walk to Mullet Beach! There’s also an abundant amount of amenities, such as a fridge, microwave, wine rack, boogie boards lol, and cabinets stocked with cookware, that made the condo feel like a home and made our stay at ease. We both recommend staying here if you want to feel like you’re at “Home Sweet Home”.

This was our first trip to St. Martin and staying at this property, we have travelled to many other places so this is our honest opinion of the property. Overall this property is a good value in St. Martin, we rate it a 5 but keep in mind that doesn't mean a 5 star property. This property is what it is, if you are looking for 5 star accommodations with granite counter tops and marble baths then look elsewhere. If you are realistic and want a comfortable, clean property with more room than a traditional hotel and some extra amenities like a simple kitchen and full size fridge and a large balcony with a great view at a reasonable price than this property will work for you. You are in the heart of Maho walking distance to shopping and great restaurants, Maho Beach is across the street and Mullet Bay Beach is a 10 minute walk up the street, the casino is next door. You can watch the planes land right from the balcony while enjoying your morning coffee our afternoon cocktail, with the sliding door closed you can barely hear any airport noise and there is no airport activity at night anyway. Downstairs is a grocery store that has everything you would need including fruit, vegetables, snacks, meat, beer, wine, liqour. The grocery store also has a morning coffee bar with fresh pastries we would get the great butter croissants that we got every morning and enjoyed on the balcony with our morning coffee. The owners are very responsive and easy to deal with, book this property

We had the best time staying at Joy and Dale’s condo! Best location to great beaches, restaurants and nightlife! The unit is clean, comfortable and efficient. Joy and dale kept in communication during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. They’re the best hosts. Looking forward to booking again next year

Loved our stay. Near lovely beach. Easy access to airport. Unit was as described. Well appointed and clean. Joy and Dale were wonderful hosts and clearly take pride in their property and love to offer it to guests as they would expect for themselves.

The studio was exactly what was in vrbo description and pictures. It was very clean and stock w everything you need for your stay. The market was across the street very convenient. Joy the host was also great answers any questions that you may have too.

The area was a great place to stay with lots to do and the bonus of the a nice area to just hangout at to enjoy the Caribbean weather by the pool and gardens. The extras that you thought about (snorkeling gear, noodles, etc.) would be great for those not bringing their own. Convenience of the Maho market a few steps away was great bonus. The staff at Royal Island could not have been more helpful. Convenient to the airport and beaches and even the well worn golf course.

Very convienent location! Minutes from the airport, close to excellent restaurants, casinos, shopping that are walking distance! Beach you can see from your room and only a few minutes walk as well. Pool was wonderful complete with a pool bar! And elevators in the complex so you don't have to lug your heavy luggage!

This condo was exactly as described. We where pleasantly surprised with the restaurant options and grocery store in Maho, all within in walking distance. With 2 beaches near the condo that was big plus for us. Maho across the street and Mullet bay an easy 15 min walk. If we wanted to venture into Phillipsburg the $2 bus was a great alernative to a taxi. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

The studio is well situated and overlooks a lush garden with pool. Great amenities in the studio. Perfect for a couple who don't need much space and want to be close to the action.

We had a great time and a wonderful vacation. Joy was very responsive to any requests for assistance and everything was as stated in the listing. We would absolutely recommend staying at Joy’s property and hope to again in the future!!

We had a great time at this place in the middle of Maho. The appartement was fully equiped and everything needed was there. Special word to the owners , they really take care off you and no question is to much .... 👍 We will certainly get back to this place the next time we visit St. Maarten !!! Grtz John

Unit was clean with perfect location!

This was my first time staying at this location with the owner Joy. Joy made everything easy and was always a text message away. As for the room and hotel it’s self everything was great. Room was spotless with zero complaints and there was a nice selection of movies and wine to enjoy at night. The pool and hot tub were usually quite which was great and there is a bar on the pool deck. The room is a 3 minute walk away from the beech which makes running to and from easy. Overall I can’t say enough good things, I will be rebooking in the future for next summer.

This was exactly what we needed for our trip. The room was just enough for my partner and me. In close proximity to the beach, airport, and several locations to eat. The balcony faced the water and we were able to see planes come and go! The noise is not very loud at all. Joy, the host, was great! Joy was very quick and responsive and provided thorough information on the check-in and check-out process. Overall, we had a great experience!

The location is great to sit on the balcony and watch the planes land, great Mexican food and drink at 3 Amigos, and a short distance from Mullet Bay. Book now. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Super clean, well stocked, many extras like the wine exchange bar! Great ocean view on large balcony. Watch planes coming in over Maho beach (dont worry you hear nothing when inside) Walk to many resturants, shopping, Beach, grocery store, pharmacy. Would definitely stay here again!! Did I mention awesome pool and pool bar! Owners even checked with us to make sure checkin went smooth! Who does that! Dont hesitate to book. You'll love it.

This was our first stay in St Maarten and this condo made us feel like home! Joy kept in close contact and was always available if we had any questions. The condo was perfect for us!! We spent hours on the huge balcony watching planes and cruise ships going by. Great location for groceries, restaurants and entertainment. The lobby staff were very friendly as well. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Pool area very pretty, location is very nice also for the grocery store and restaurants they are less than a block away. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

After 20 plus years of visting sxm and our second stay at this property it is one of our favorites.

This unit has a lot to offer, plenty of perks and very comfortable. And the location offers alot as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hosts Joy and Dale are easy to contact and communicate with and very kind. We look forward to our next stay here!
