Good location and supermarket was nearby ☺️

The room was outdated and hotel have two elevator but only one was working during my stay😞

No limpiaron la habitación a pesar que se colocó el mensaje, la atencion, había pedido una habitación y la aplicación me dio otra habitación más Deluxe, pero la que me dieron no era como la de la foto y parecía fraude, fui a reclamar pero como que me divagaron y para evitar problemas quede con eso que mala experiencia, el muchacho técnico para verificar la electricidad nunca llego. Mucho olor a humedad y demora en la atención.

The whole description / hotels facilities ad is not true. The rooms are old, used up and moldy. Tiles broken and wall plaster flaking off. The paint has yellowed out. Felt like it's been this way since the 70s. Sofa and chairs stained and needs replacement. The promised equipment ( coffeemaker, ironing, clothes hangers etc ) are non existent. Not even a hair dryer u can expect. Only a small fridge is provided . You are renting a used up room with bed and desk but not even 3* hotel furnishings are to be expected. We were offered several rooms and checked them. All the same. I was told even the description of the stuff / rooms are not true and the manager would eventually correct it. All in all seedy place but the receptionist was really nice. The place is max 2 stars acc European standard and a value of 30-40$ a night would have been fair and enough . Wouldn't return again especially not with a family.

Katherine front desk staff, very helpful and friendly. She speaks English and Spanish. Taxi driver Jaime very cool guy.. Most of the Restaurant staff were nice and helpful.
