the room was okay, needed a bit more of cleaning. The breakfast was really bad. My boyfriend and I paid extra to the it incluted and at the end we ended up going elsewhere, since we didnt like it. the location was very good. Xavier at the concierge was the highlight of our stay, he was so amazing!

the staff and the service at the bar was so bad that we ended up waiting for the bartender to serve us for 20 min. even tho we was the only people in the bar and restaurant. The check in process was bad as well to the point that the lady didnt even told us where the breakfast was going to be.

Spa was closed, and Beaty Salon, and bar in Lobby, no laundry service.

The location was just perfect - 10’ walk to MultiPlaza shopping mall with various options of restaurants. Not far from old town and Causeway. The view is incredible and breakfast was delicious. The room is spacious and very clean.

Front desk, Yersel was very helpful and polite. Room had a beautiful view, comfy bed. Bathroom had rain and handshower. Breakfast was delicious, you could put your own touch by doing grilled cheese sandwich or let the chef whip you eggs to your liking. Nice Hotel. And thanks Nathaniel for your help with luggage or any questions, you were always greeting us with a smile.

Very comfortable large room with nice city view from 27th floor. Very clean room. Room is really 5*. Good breakfasts.

Sometimes breakfastroom was dirty -it concerns near Windows places.

the door for the bathroom was broken. my booking said 2 queen size beds and we got two full. i asked for extra towels and never received them. the tv was not easy to use and the volume was very low even at 100%,
