Facilities including the pool. Staff was friendly & helpful. Entire property was neat & clean. Breakfast was very good.

We had a very nice view from our balcony. It was so quiet and relaxing, we really enjoyed it. Restaurants were close and there is a nice beach in front of the Hotel. The best was, that it is far away from the party people.

There was nothing to hang up our towels beside the sink, so they could not get dry and we needed very day new ones.

The hotel was in a good spot for the beach it was clean staff friendly!

1 No wardrobe just a rail across the window clothes had no protection from the window bright sun light that fade your clothes! 2. No cupboard space I had live out suitcase 3. Dangerous step in the middle of the floor I nearly went fell over it my walking stick saved me I am disabled and strained my back 4.was ripped off in bar on first day we asked why being charged 3 barcadi diet cocks when we only had 2! 5. The breakfast was terrible who wants to eat salad at breakfast!there where flys over the food was not covered up we had cereal 2 days tasted like carboard! after that we brought our own cereals after that! really disappointed I won’t go back a again!

Definitely you need to book this hotel ! everything was perfect . starting from the reception all the team was polite English speaker very helpful . checking was smooth and quick I would like to say a big thank you to Angelica the receptionist very polite and kind girl she really made my day very professional thank you very much ! the breakfast was perfect clean chef Aymen is on of the best chef in Zakynthos and Greece very tasty food a lots of diversity. the staff from the restaurant bar smily efficient ! Maria as well ! if you want a posh luxury calme place where to relax it’s the only hotel worth . the beach is Crystal the swimming pull the view the location perfect ! really thank you very much ti Crystal beach hotel family team 👏👏👏 great job definitely will come back !

i extend another 2 days in this hotel because everything was perfect worth of money . the best place if you would like to have rest ! the beach is huge the swimming pull very clean the bar restaurant got the best sea bream in all Zakynthos fresh food and juices . the breakfast very tasty the room super clean every day days towel been changed and room cleaned . the receptionist very professional specially Angelica lovely very welcoming person thank you very much for everything !

only the selection of the orange juice in the breakfast need to improve and got more choice of french juice !

breakfast was amazing, full variety of everything. warm welcome, friendly environment, vice view from the room and the pool. clean place. I totally recommend it.

price was a bit too high and the specification on booking.com was 2 single beds in a double room and in the end was one double bed. nothing major to be honest.

The location, right on the beach, was stunning. We only had breakfast at the hotel but it was fantastic and there was plenty of choice for both meat eaters and vegetarians like myself. Staff at the hotel were very helpful indeed. We loved it so much we are going back again on Friday this week for a long weekend!!!

Very friendly and accommodating staff, clean and comfortable pool and chairs, hotel located right on the beach, great location near restaurants, bars, supermarkets, great breakfast buffet included in the stay.

The shower we had was quite small, which makes it difficult to be comfortable when showering.

All good. Nice location, breakfast, room etc. Can't give full full marks though.

No shower facility fir when you leave your room and have been on the beach waiting for evening flight. We were directed to an outside shower by the pool. Not ideal when you need a freshen up before leaving. Went to friends hotel up the road. A bit poor show!
