Very friendly and efficient staff

B/b very central clean & tidy. Room a little small but had all you need it was comfortable & very clean. , food was lovely.

Breakfast was excellent, self serve cereal , toast, fruit, fruit juice followed by full Irish breakfast again self serve, eggs scrambled, fried or poached were cooked separate to order. Tea and coffee were served in pots hot and generous. The staff were great, attentive, busy and more than happy to assist. Everything was spotless, tables clean making the whole experience a pleasure. My room was large spacious, well ventilated, lovely big comfortable bed with nice linen and duvet. The en suite bathroom was always very clean, fresh towels with lots of hot water always available. All together a very enjoyable stay so full marks BANK HOUSE!

My room was next to the lift which at times could be heard passing between floors but only heard at the very quietest times of the day or if operated through the night which was rare.

Staff very professional and friendly. Room was very clean with every thing you could want. Breakfast was superb and kitchen staff were brilliant.

Noise coming from the street out front we Had to leave the window open fully as room was very stuffy however we are experiencing a heat wave at the moment .would probably be fine during normal temperatures. Couldn't get the shower to work properly it was either to cold or to warm no Inbetween. Wouldn't be put off would definitely stay there again.

Breakfasts fabulous. Serving staff wonderful. Front office staff wonderful and friendly. Easy access to everything in the town.

The shower needs a bit of setting up every time, but not a big problem.

The breakfast is absolutely beautiful, so handy that there is a shop and bar on the premises. Situated on the main street which is handy to all the local pubs and shops, would highly recommend.

It was quite noisy as the people staying above were always walking about, the floorboards were very squeaky.

Location was very good. Pubs, restaurants, amusements and the beach all a short walk away. Was very clean and comfortable.

There was no toiletries or a hair dryer which I think should have been stated.

Location was great and the breakfast was really good, very pleasant stay.
