The property itself was fine, good location, had everything that was needed etc

The host was an extremely rude, angry man who made myself and my friend feel very unwanted and on edge. We were running late with check in and this started the whole process of him being very abrupt etc (I had a family emergency so therefore arrived a few hours later which was not acceptable according to him) so after some stern words and threats on how he might not even let us stay we were able to calm him down and he decided to let us stay: this clearly wasn’t a great start to the trip and was very upsetting to myself and my friend. Then on leaving the property he came to collect the keys and as there was a used ash tray with cigarette ends inside left OUTSIDE ON THE BALCONY he told us to “f**k off out of his apartment or he would be getting the police for us” which again left us both very shaken etc. just to state no smoking took place inside the building whatsoever so and as he was becoming more angry etc for no reason at all we both left as quickly as possible and without having one last look round the property to check we had all belongings my friend acctually left very sentimental, valuable jewellery in the bedroom but we have both felt too intimidated to contact the property about getting these items returned.. would definitely not recommend this stay to anyone

Parkeren motoren mocht bij uitzondering in p garage. Ligging op 15 minuten van centrum. Uitzicht. Supermarkt naast de deur.

Moeilijk te vinden. Tip. Bij bord KFC links drive tru volgen. Na sportschool direct links.

The location was excellent & the unit itself was amazing, very large with everything you needed for a comfortable stay

Loved this apartment. Spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet right on the river front. Amenities couldn't be faulted. Easy walk into town, no need for public transport. Peter is a warm, helpful and welcoming host. Loved Derry and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay Peter.

Peter is a lovely host and it was a pleasure being his guests. The apartment is in a newer building on the Quay with beautiful views over the Foyle River. If you wake up early, you can see the sunrise from your bed. The apartment is spacious, warm, clean and cozy, beds are very comfortable and there’s no noise from the neighbours so we had a great sleep. We’ll surely return here.
