The property overall was good but for the amenities which were pool badminton court and table tennis the room rate of 10k per night is not justified. The club runs are just slightly bigger and the extra charge is for the wooden flooring. There is no futon in any of the rooms as advertised. Very misleading information on the basis of which we pay a high price. Also on more than 1 occasion we were served stale food and had to return it to the restaurant. Will not recommend.

Food quality, misleading information about the rooms

Location is good and peaceful environment. Breakfast was good, had great variety. Absolutely loved the pool.

Bathroom floor was water logged and when checked with the room service, he was not able to rectify or provide any proper justification. Bathroom exhaust fan was not working and room was smelly because of that. TV provided has no internet connection or any basic channels provided. Even normal hotels provide this much access. Except for breakfast, food was not that great. Check-in process took longer time and by the time we finish the process lunch time is almost over.

If your looking for getaway please avoid this place. It's rite in the middle of the city. By the time u reach inside you will go through Hell. I think the resort as to make up there mind..if they want outside ppl visiting are not..there is always a sence of "your not invited here" because this resort is part of the gated community of row houses. It's not worth the money you pay for it.
