Polite staff, delicious food, good location (near national park and Cracow)

The beds are comfortable, the twin room has enough space, everything was clean. The location is really nice, close to the caves.

The lady in the reception did not speak English. There was some outside noise probably from the air con. It is located at quite busy road and it can be dangerous to cross it as there are no zebra crossings close.

The room is quite spacious and clean, and the balcony was nice. The hotel staff was polite, we got the information we needed.

The furniture is a bit outdated. We were told breakfast was until 11 o'clock, ant around 10 o'clock, where wasn't almost any food left to eat.

Location is not the best, near the busy road, so it is not very quiet even in the night, you can hear cars driving if your window is open (there is no air conditioning so you need to open it because it is hot in summer).

The room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The location was perfect for hiking in the Ojcow National Park and visiting the nearby caves and castles.

The bed cover could have been a bit larger and a hairdryer would have been nice. But these are just minor things, we loved our stay!

Very clean, smallish room in large hotel. Exceptional breakfast including veggies, fruit, ham, cheeses, herring, kolaches, and various types of eggs. Ample parking.

Good price, not far from Ojcow National park. Room had a balcony, but because of rain we didn't use it.

Room wasn't cozy and didn't seem warm enough, pillows were really uncomfortable and neck hurt next morning. Although it is not far from Ojcow National park, it is not very safe to get there on foot, because part of the road to get there is a quite busy roadway with no pavement. but that is not a problem for those who only wants to get around and travel to the local attractions by car.

Spacy room, tea and coffee set in the room. Comfortable beds and big bathroom. Very good breakfast for reasonable price.

The hotel was clean, very friendly people working there and it was peaceful during my time. If you have a car, it's very easy to go to Krakow or Katowice (pretty much straight road into either).

The ladies who clean the rooms made a lot of noise when cleaning. Not that they can help it, but the sound isolation of the rooms could be improved, especially for the rooms directly on top of the party room.

Great breakfast. Hotel close to the road, but the car noise didn't bother us. Free private parking.

Thin walls - we could hear every word spoken in the room next to us and in the corridor. It didn't bother me personally but my sister couldn't really sleep that night. And there wasn't even a party going on, it was just people walking and talking.
