Great spa and swimming pool. The kiddy pool is excellent for small kids. The trail and dinosaurs are fun for kids. Breakfast is exceptional, On-site restaurant is great!

Great Design of the Resort and of the rooms Great Location by the forest The overall resort and toilettes were very clean.

- Small used towel was forgotten by the cleaning staff in the shower (behind the shower door) - The Western food restaurant doesn't provide anything to costumers celebrating their birthday there - It wouldnt 't hurt if staff at the Western restaurant would smile more (clients would feel more welcome and would apreciate more) - There is no Bathrobe, which would feel more comfy and higher class - There are no slippers for kids, even if we stayed in the kids/family room

It was easy to find things to do around the resort for the 2 days we were there. It's a great property and they have a lot of facilities to keep you entertained.

We found some ants in the room but the maid came quickly to clean up and we didn't see any after the staff took care of the problem.

beautiful setting, comfortable and clean, bbq area was lovely, excellent hotsprings, helpful staff and decent food.

There didn’t seem to be enough staff in spa to provide well enough for a full hotel.

it’s good to have jazz music in coffee bar.

we stay at 7108, and we smell that other customer smokes in the room and goes with central air conditioning.

This is a great place for families. Lots of space for children to run around and the room was excellent.

- food at Prince Restaurant. Good that they also offered semi-buffet in the week - good coffee - hot tubs/SPA/sauna - recreation rooms for kids - friendly staff Overall our stay was lovely.

- no hot water in shower in room. Also on one day no water was available. - no elevator in area of the resort where we stayed. No drama however there was plenty of space in newer area of the resort and with smaller kids this could be easier than taking the stairs with luggage - fitness was not cleaned for weeks. Good the hotel took action when we asked.
