Amazing property with everything we needed for a fully relaxing desert vacation. We especially loved the pool, spa, and the spacious kitchen.

The house was very formal. Luckily our littles decided not to come. We had two over 60 adults and ended up getting charged 750$ for their non functioning bbq. I wouldn't suggest this property.

Nice property nice views. Beautiful home. Amenities in kitchen were nice. Customer service from Rozet was great. A few suggestions; only two umbrellas for pool area was not nearly sufficient for the number in our party. We found a third broken umbrella by trash cans. None of the outdoor lights for half of the backyard worked. Having a stock of plastic outdoor cups would’ve been nice. All secondary bedrooms need new pillows. Our guests found the existing pillows uncomfortable. TV in back bedroom never worked. More storage for clothes in bedrooms.

The house was lovely, the property needs a good run through. The TV didn't work and we had to call, the property management person said "what did you do" nothing...took her 1/2 hour to figure it out. then the radio played without us turning it on. the lights under kitchen cabinet flickered, the palm tree lights went on and off. some electrical outlets didn't work. The amount of "security" as in not letting us have guest was crazy and it was discussed after I paid the full amount. The plants and shutters were really dusty. The flowers in the pots needed to be deadheaded...for the price I thought it could be a bit more cared for. The furniture is tired

We come back year after year as this house is well-equipped and furnished as well as impeccably cleaned and maintained. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with en-suite baths. Beautiful courtyard and fireplace. The best is the pool and attached spa surrounded by marvelously comfortable over-stuffed lounge furniture, umbrellas, and assorted seating. It's wonderful to see all the beautiful plantings of colorful geraniums that are so welcoming.

This is a wonderful property. We had three couples and it could not have been more perfect. We hope to be able to stay at this beautiful home again.

Beautiful home and even more than expected. Very clean, beautiful and spacious rooms. Large kitchen with soooo much appliances. It was absolutely perfect. Amazing backyard pool/spa and gorgeous view of the mountains and golf course. We were four couples and everyone enjoyed the house. They all expressed their wish to return for our next golf vacation. Very nice house. Met all of our expectations and then some. Only downside is the no noise ordinance which meant we couldn’t play music poolside or while sitting outside in the evening, no matter how low you kept it. The house is fully stocked so no need to bring anything extra.

Full set of kitchen appliances and numerous wine fridges and wet bars. Only disadvantage is guests are not permitted, which is enforced by the home being behind the golf course security gate.

Outstanding home!! Had an amazing time

This was my first use of VRBO and if they are all like this I am a customer for life. The place was superb. Clean, was appointed and a great location. In comparison to our family having to get 2 hotel rooms the cost was lower and the place comparable to a 5 star resort. We will be back for sure to both this location and other VRBO locations

This home has it all. Over-looking the golf course, this home is perfect. Each of the four bedrooms is spacious, has it's own bath, and several have couches and other seating, walk-in closets, etc. It is a well-stocked home with comfortable furnishings and is a marvelous setting for families. The pool and spa/hot tub are great with a breakfast seating area, an outdoor barbecue and bar, a large patio table and chairs, plus large over-stuffed lounges for sunning. We rent this every winter as it is perfect for our family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house is spacious and had ample room for our family and little tiny grandkid. Lovely patio and nice outlook.

We loved this home, it's hard to find 4 bedrooms (queen or king beds) all with an attached bathroom. We were a group of 4 couples that went to golf and relax, and we sure did in the beautiful home. It was spotless and well stocked. We all like to cook and the kitchen was setup for cooking great meals and serving them. Plenty of dishes, glasses, serving trays, and pots and pans. The bedding was comfy and we had plenty of towels for the pool too. The outside areas of the home are decorated beautifully. The outdoor furniture was so lovely and we had many adult beverages outside around the pool and enjoyed the sunsets. We all enjoyed our stay and would rent this home again. Thank you!! Rochelle

Great property and location. Would have been nice to have property manager show us around the house when we arrived. Advertisement included golf vouchers that should ha e been but were not included in stay. Also, I find it ridiculous that we as guests need to empty trash and strip beds especially considering price of staying at property. What does the cleaning person do after we leave? Overall nice trip but those little things would have made it a better trip.

We just returned from our trip to La Quinta. The entire iTrip team was awesome from start to finish. We had originally booked the trip for April and had to move it due to Covid. They were very accommodating about this change and worked with us on new dates. Upon arrival the home was everything we had hoped for. Gorgeous neighborhood, very quiet, incredible views, wonderful size and layout. The back yard, pool and patio are perfect. We spent most of our week just enjoying the property. We did rent golf carts through Country Club Carts and they delivered them on time and were so fun to have to drive to Ernie's Grill. We only had one issue, the barstools were very worn and beginning to tear. They looked terrible in such a beautiful home. Other than that, the beds, the a/c, the patio furniture, all was perfect. We would not hesitate to return to this home and to use iTrip again. We are looking at vacation homes in the area and would definitely consider hiring them to manage our property.
