Great stay very clean , great location if you have a car . Would recommend earbuds for light sleepers as we had noisy neighbours!

Great location generallly and specifically for Goodwood (Get an early start to avoid tyraffic!) Origional vistas on a lake with outdoor seating Close to food/delivery outlets Host was very helpful preparing for arrival etc Clean and tidy with everything you would need for the weekend

Only gets low VFM score because of the Goodwwod "tax" but thats unavoidable when an event is on so anywhere I stay at that time is generally not great "Value" for money. However this is one of the best places i have stayed and would book again

The location was great as we were attending Festival of Speed at Goodwood.

When we arrived we dropped our bags and went out for the night. When we arrived back, we noticed a terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom. It was too late to do anything that night, so we stayed the night. We called the next morning and informed the owners we would be moving out (I managed to find a hotel over an hour away from Goodwood that had space) due to the smell and asked for a refund for the two nights we would not be staying. They refused the refund claiming they would have fixed the smell or moved us but let me just say they would not have been able to fix that smell quickly and there was no way I was going to stay anywhere where the owners would allow people to check into their facility with a disgusting fowl smelling bathroom like we had. The owner was also rude on the phone when I said I would be leaving a negative review.

Very clean. Perfect as 2 toilets and 2 showers. Lovely lookout over lake.

Road a bit busy nearby but once door closed we couldn't really hear any noise.

Accommodation had everything you needed. Very clean, peaceful . Stayed just one night due to family member having an operation. Hospital just 7 minutes away perfect. Lots of shops and facilities close by. Ideal location. Thankyou

Bit of a mix up on arrival , but sorted very quickly.

the property was clean and decorated lovely. Modern and really appreciated the little things such as the teas and milk as well as the towels.

It isn’t clearly located and the signs are not very big so it’s easy to drive past. the chairs outside could have been slight cleaner.

Location was great, the views were lovely. Really convenient to get to and to get the keys. Quite spacious and useful to have the kitchen.

The bunk beds were probably more suitable for children, and the temperature was difficult to get comfortable.

There was a security gate to the property and individual keys for each property, so we were free to come and go at any time. The accommodation was spotless and tidy with comfortable chairs and mattresses.

I had travelled up for my marathon race and the location was superb. Also the lakeside view was such a beautiful bonus. The place was clean (a huge plus) & we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again in the future!

Location is lovely, good place to relax.

Both showers the doors do not meet so if you are not careful water goes over the floor. I sent a message at the end of our stay mentioning this but have not had a response.

I like the location.

The carpet was filty. Our little baby went crowing and within a minute she was all covered in black. Another thing I did not like is a little note left by the land Lords, that we need to clean the place upon leaving. I though £560 for 4 nights is a price high enough to cover the house keeping. Also there is a lack of basic things like, cuttleries or toilet brushes.
