wrong info, all rooms they informed balcony in booking.com but there it’s only for grand suites only balancing available

We liked nothing, It was pathetic

1) ceiling fan sound due to inadequate greasing 2) No Hangers in wardrobe 3) Stains on bed cover,bed sheet and they don't even change after a day 4) I Booked because of rooftop swimming pool, but it's only for show piece, they mentioned they have pool 5) Top floor bar nd resturant sound you can hear Please don't book it's not at all worth of money, it's my honest review

1. Rude receptionist 2. Party on Sunday night hosted by the hotel. So loud my room was shaking. PLEASE don’t stay here on weekends 3. Floors were sticky

Breakfast and location and the room were excellent, little mosquitos at night but still overall happy with our vacation. Thank you Sepoy grande, I will definitely recommend everyone to choose the bestiest hotel here.

Please try to provide a mosquito problem solution since backside there is an open ground which can lead to a stormy night since my kid suffered from mosquitoes bite this could have been arranged. Rest all good.

We had stayed in Goan suite It's very spacious and neat. We highly recommend this if you are staying in Mysore

It's says free pick up while booking,however no such arrangement done. Drinking Water supply was not adequate. Faulty bathroom..no towell placed and provided post reminder..tv was not working..
