An absolute delight of a beautiful home — somewhat tired in parts, but aren't we all? Upon arriving I was alarmed at the absence of screens, but even with doors and windows open, we had no mosquitos. Terrifically comfortable beds. Wonderful location. Fabulous, natural, ungroomed beach with relaxed and friendly people. Exquisite, private garden and deck area sloping down to creek.... A graceful and happy place to be.

The location is excellent with three back facing a lagoon with canoe provided, and outdoor kitchen dining area ,a great feature where we had our birthday lunch The front of house opens to path to beach, 50 metres away, lovely getaway, the place has everything you need, dog friendly house, dogs also had a ball. Clean , spacious, Netflix, foxtel, somthing for everyone

Magical place for our extended family and two dogs. Relaxing afternoons in the sunny backyard cooking in the outdoor kitchen and beach all day. Love all the different areas of the house to spend time. Everything was perfect! We will be back.

We had a lovely relaxing weekend, the beach is a minute away, the house is large and well equipped and we loved the outdoors kitchen bbq area. The weather wasn’t great during our stay, and there’s plenty of space to spread out, relax and enjoy.

We stayed during the spring school holidays. Nice big house, very private, right next to the beach. Good if you have a dog as dogs are allowed on the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay and would happily go back.

Thanks for a wonderful stay. The attention to detail in every aspect was amazing, and it truly was a perfect holiday on the beach for our family and dog. The house was brilliant, really comfy furniture, the outdoor kitchen so well equipped and just overall a very relaxing time. We would love to visit again.

We had such a great stay, location is absolutely amazing and the house has everything you need. We are already planning to come back in Summer.

We had a fabulous time. There is so much to do and being so close to the beach was great. There is a beautiful rock platform and we walked to Pearl Beach for lunch. We caught a fish, took our SUPs out, canoed in the lagoon behind, went out to an amazing dinner on Ettalong waterfront, played board games, walked on the beach and relaxed - all in just 2 nights. I wish we'd had time to light the firepit, it looked so inviting. Had to have a rest when I got home. Reasonably priced as it is an older home. A few minor issues with lights and doors, but it did not impact our enjoyment.

We had a wonderful time - right on the beach (which was dog friendly) The backyard was perfect (but open to the creek if you have smaller children) Even though it was cold outside there were lots of blankets and great heating if needed Really appreciated the excellent communication around check in

Very easy and comfortable. Extremely well equipped with linen, blankets, wood for the fire pit (we stayed in June during a cold snap) televisions, beverages, cutlery and crockery, cooking pots and even a box of chocolates. We enjoyed it very much. Downstairs heater didn't function well. But I guess you will fix that.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was the perfect place for everyone in the family. There was enough room to entertain the seniors, adults, teenagers and kids. The yards was just like the pics and the outdoor kitchen was fully equipt, inc massive fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and fire pit was ready for lighting. Indoor was roomy and mod coms all connected. Furniture had some wear and tear but that just made it lived-in and homely. We had a great time and would be happy to stay again.

The property is in a great location. Right across from a dog friendly beach, but private and relaxing. It has great accommodation and facilities. Loved the outdoor kitchen and garden. Big fire pit. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Such an easy house for multiple generations. Would love to come again.

This is our second time at this fabulous property and we will be back. We went with our extended family including kids 2-6 year old and the dog. All we’re very comfortable and the location to the beach and town is perfect. Also has several living spaces which is excellent - particularly as it was raining when we were there.

I almost don't want to write about how great the location of this beach house is, as I fear that I may never be able to find any availability in it again. The back garden is an oasis filled with outdoor amenities, from a canoe tied up on the lagoon at the foot of the garden, through to a built in bbq and outdoor fridge. Inside the house there are three spacious rooms and a bunk room. With a sitting area on each floor, the layout is perfect for a family, or two, to spread out. We thoroughly enjoyed taking advantage of the short (a mere matter of steps) walk to the sandy beach. We hope to be back!

This is our third stay and it never ceases to disappoint. The ease of the beach across the road and a canoe ride out the back make it so compelling. We enjoyed thr deck for breakfast and lunch and plenty of place in the house for chilling out. A great family holiday

Location of house mis-represented as being at “Pearl Beach” - stayz communications referred to my upcoming Pearl Beach holiday and the house was described at a Pearl. The house is on Umina Beach next to a council car park. I thought I was paying to be at the lagoon end of Pearl Beach. V disappointed. Could hear traffic all day/evening from main road leading to car park - not my concept of relaxed beach house. House itself was fine and well equipped. But grubby in places - mildew in cupboards, grimy skirting boards etc but all surfaces were clean. Great garden/BBQ area (spoilt by car noise) and easy access to beach. Linen but scratchy. Great to have good staples in kitchen, board games, TVs, canoe and 2 living areas. Excellent for dogs. Strange to have old fridge on back verandah - affected ambience of couch area on deck. My family enjoyed house but I was miffed that I was mislead as to its location.

Just spent the past week 6 nights staying at this property in Umina Beach, with 3 other adults, two teenagers and two younger children.The property location was great, just a few steps to the beach. The layout of the house was great, with lots of different places to relax and socialise both inside and out.We particularly enjoyed the outside kitchen area, which had everything we needed to cook, relax and enjoy ourselves, including a pizza oven and fire pit.

We had a fantastic time in this house. There were 6 of us, for a week over Summer. We spent much of our time on the back deck, and in the lovely backyard - eating together and enjoying the nearby beach. The house is generously stocked with helpful things (cooking basics, cleaning stuff, heaps of fridge/freezer space, helpful notes on how to use the pizza oven & bbq ) the outdoor kitchen is fantastic. It was really warm while we were there - the aircon keeps the main areas nice and cool. The bedrooms get warm and bright in the early mornings and being so close to the popular beach, you wake up early. Umina beach is at the front door, and Ocean beach a stroll away. Pearl Beach is s drive around the headland - and there are lots of nearby walks and things to explore. The Umina township is about 10 minutes away and has anything you need.

The location is superb. The house is lovely, nice front and back yard. Back yard is fenced both left and right side no back fence though as seen in pictures, the front yard is entirely enclosed so can put small pets there if needed. Christine was lovely to deal with. The house is cozy and welcoming. The outdoor kitchen is nice and provides extra space to cook as inside kitchen is small. Over all stoked with the spot. Absolute winner. Right on the water, short drives to mutilple gorgeous beaches if the beach directly in front of the house is too shallow/low tide - ps. Great beach for kids and younger families!

Relaxing time at Umina beach - we were able to take our two dogs who had an absolutely wonderful time on the beach. The house was comfortable, spacious and despite the wet weather that we had , the house was very cosy Would recommend a dog friendly house in which to stay with the best access to the beach
