Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit in eigener Tiefgarage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Im Fernseher gab es ausschließlich französische Sender. Es wäre schön gewesen, danken einen deutsch- oder englischsprachigen Sender zu haben. Von der Lage ist es doch weiter vom Zentrum entfernt, wie ich dachte.

Cette hôtel a un parking privé à 10e mais c'est très appreciable. Le personnel est aux petits soins et très aimable. Il est très bien situé et on peut aller au centre-ville à pied environ 15mn. Nous sommes à quelques minutes des grands magasins !! Nous y retournerons aux beaux jours

Je n'aime pas la moquette dans les chambres : c'est très désagréable niveau hygiène le parquet s'est mieux.

Dog friendly (€10 surcharge) Very comfy bed, we slept like logs. Great blackout curtains. Lovely level walk-in shower. Worth the €10 for private parking as we left luggage in the car. Very friendly staff, quick to speak with us in Italian, English and French as we wished, gave us good local recommendations. Delicious bread and croissants at breakfast with a good selection. Troyes in a surprisingly beautiful city, like something out of Disney, like la Alberca (Salamanca) or the village in the Beauty and the Beast! We'll be back to this hotel.

Breakfast was good - no issues. Confusion with payment so luckily i kept the reciept however this was due to new member of staff learning the system which is understandable. I guess the night before at a didfferent hotel set high expectations as staff went above and beyond to ensure we were satisified and Kyraid struggled to follow suit.

Everything was shut by the time we arrived- no service of drinks , snacks etc not even an acception despite only booking for quick sleep and to then get back on the road

Could not get into the room when we wanted to go to bed at 11 pm because the electronic key card system would not work so we had to stay in reception as the girl on reception could not open our bedroom door to get in also she had no one to phone to help her so we were locked out

Kettle in the room was broken. Toilet and bathroom separate, this meant having to go to a different room to wash hand after using the toilet
