great location, lovely staff and quiet.

it needs a little update. it was clean but showing signs off wear and tear. Pillows were quite uncomfortable but that could be preference. towels are clean but need an update. The water does not stay hot past 1 shower however, it does not go cold. still pleasant. Staff were lovely and were always cleaning around the property.

Friendliness of owners

Kitchen was fully stocked for anyone that wants to cook themselves. There are alot of restaurants around the area for anyone that wants to eat out. Pool was great and was very peaceful. Beach was very close and was easy for a day to the beach. We got hit with a day of alot of rain and host were very active to make sure there was no puddles or streams of water when we left.

In the early morning, there were trucks or bin lorries making noise but if windows were closed you couldn't hear anything. The beds were two singles so tended to separate, not a major issue. Overall not alot of complains. Would definitely go back to stay here.

close to beach and town

First room we were given which we stayed in for one night was awful. Second room was barely acceptable but far better than first. As we had paid and money not refundable we had no option to remain at the property, otherwise would have found alternate accommodation. Ruined my wife’s birthday week. advertised photos do not reflect the true condition of the complex! I wish there was an option to show more photos and video.

I didn't like that the place was dirty.

location was perfect being within minutes walk to the beach, Main Street & supermarket. accommodation was very comfortable & well maintained. Compact but still enough room for 2.

Although not required on this short stay, I would have liked a washing machine in the villa. We couldn’t consider staying longer without one.

The location, and layout was lovely, near the beach, shops and restaurants ,as well as bars all within a few minutes walk.

The bungalow needed a complete refurbishment, including the hot tub

Location is perfect, within walking distance to beach or oldtown. The apart is great , spacious, and the terrace with the pool makes it just charming. We had an amazing stay. Parking was easy to find on the street. Andrea was very nice and was around if you needed anything. Quiet and beautiful community.

Nothing, but maybe a kitchenette re do and new kitchen appliances will be great in the near future.

Felt tired, old kitchen, bedsheets and towels etc. Not bad overall, good for short stay, but could do a bit of refurbishment/attention to detail

lovely, clean, comfortable, quiet & great location for us.

Had a small issue with being unable initially to contact property owners due to an incorrect digit in the phone number they provided but all was resolved on our arrival. has not put us off wanting to book here again though!

The backyard was nice, great location

Hygiene is poor. The shower head was disgusting, There were ants in the flat. Rusty bed frame and shower. There was a dead spider on the pillow, stain on towels and bed sheets.

Location to the beach and parking spots.

It's run down complex. We stayed in bungalow number 10 and everything was really old and worn out. -The door was hard to open, it got stuck in the floor halfway. -Windows hard to open and close. -Hardly any kitchen supplies, and the ones they had were full of rust. (a knife cost about 1EUR, just replace it instead of keeping one that looks disgusting) -The water heater is so small that only one person can take a shower then you have to wait until the next person can shower. -Cockroaches everywhere. -Sun beds doesn't have any mattresses so they are really uncomfortable. -Wifi doesn't work. And the apartments next door was closed off because it was a big hole in the ground. I have stayed in many places in Fuerteventura but this is the worst, I don't really get how this place can have such a high rating, this is really low value for money. Don't expect anything else than bare minimum. And they don't have a good system for clean/dirty towels or cleaning.. We got asked one time if we needed any cleaning, we said no.. maybe tomorrow.. next day the cleaning lady came and said something which we didn't really understand, so we thought she meant she'll be coming the next day and clean, but she didn't and after that we didn't have that many days left so we didn't care.. If cleaning is supposed to be included, just come and clean. Don't put it on us and ask if we need it so we feel like we are asking for a favor. And regarding the towels, it can't be that hard to have a system that you put out your old towels in a basket or something and you get new ones wrapped in a plastic bag or placed inside the apartment.. as it is now you need to be there or catch the cleaning staff to replace them.. not ideal if you head out early in the morning.
