Discomfort no good water service or air conditioner Noo cleanness No worth of staying inn

I went there to get my certificates from ANU and booked a room there. When I went there I asked to show the room and they denied showing it before paying the money. I checked in a little earlier and requested for a early checking and Early checkout and they denied it and demanded for higher cost which they surely took. Since I was new to the place I didn’t knew where to go and planned to stay there. When the payment was done I was take to the room. The room was untidy and full of dust. When I checked further the washroom was as used and not very recently and wasn’t flushed properly. I immediately called the person at reception and showed him the same. Then asked for another room. He showed me other rooms and they were of the same condition. When I took another room the tap at the washing area wasn’t functional. The washroom was smelling like fish market. The bed had two inch of dust on it. I then took my language and told them I can’t stay in such a unhygienic place like this. I left from there immediately. The location and standards of this hotel is not good enough. I bought a room of the same price in a nice porsh Colony. Vishnu Inn Hotel.

Except reception nothing is good. Bad rooms Bad Washrooms Bad location Also they added free breakfast but they are not providing it. The simply ignored to those mentions.

Everything is alright, good conditioned things and atmosphere, completely comfort zone.

I do not see the maid for the whole day. But exactly at 4'o clock in the evening she use to ring the bell to ask for the tip., asking tip is not the mistake but she can ask for the tip while the customer leaves..! Only thing makes me a little annoying and disturbing
