i had left early morning at 4:30. none was available at the reception to see me off and settle bill. As i had to catch a flight, i had left. later they called me for payment. unprofessional. ofcourse i did pay. totally out of character of the hotel staff, to not see me off

Hotel was in a good location. Has a grocery store down the building. Room was big enough for couple.

Breakfast if good. Location is ok but very busy location. Staff did not understand even I put DO NOT DISTURB board on the door front. They always comes and knocks on the door, asking 'do u want this, that, laundry, coffee' etc questions. It was annoying and they disturbed my sleep a lot. I work night and sleep day, but it doesn't matter to them, keep coming to disturb. Please instruct your employees how to read ' do not disturb' and explain what it means.

The location was very comfortable.

Had to call four times for an extra bathroom towel.

Breakfast was definitely good. Majorly of south Indian varieties could have been some more continental choices.

Can be better in hygene.

Lesser said. All room's surrounded by building blocks the view.

Linen and towels were torn and dark marks were visible. Basin cloaked. Very poor maintenance.

Parking is horrible...Lifts are stinking..not a must stay place...
