Nothing very dirty place and the owner violent & bad mood

Very dirty place, owner not gently

The place was a little run-down but the owner was a very kind old lady. It's an old Japanese house that lets out rooms. Expect an elderly person's home.

The place could use a little tidying up.

price and location are great.

the drank stuff next door was noisy so i asked him to be quiet but he continued talking until morning

Place central located. Convenience Stores and Super near by. Restaurants, Temples, Cafes. Nice location. The Guest House´owners super friendly and easy going.

Bathrooms and lavatory need some more attention, they were dirty. In the morning there was not Toilet Paper.

Very welcoming hosts. Authentic experience of staying with Japanese friends. Best plan some time to share a drink or breakfast with them.

I loved my stay at Guesthouse Face to Face. The hosts are incredibly kind and generous people. They love to talk to you and make you feel instantly comfortable and welcome. I told them that I was planning to visit Shiraito Falls the following day and they immediately insisted that they will take me there. Not just that, they took me to places that I didn't know about and showed me the best views of Mt Fuji, it was so beautiful!! I was traveling solo and it was so much fun to spend the morning going around Fujinomiya with them, getting to know eachother, sharing stories. I never expected hosts of a guesthouse to go out their way to ensure that I not only have a pleasant stay but an enjoyable trip as well. Highly highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Fujinomiya!!

The place is great and tghe owners as well. Owners were really kind and they also drove us to shiraitaki and lake tanuki.

The house wasn't well maintained and cleaned.
