Location was good most staff friendly and helpfull

Mistake was made wrong apartment given and having to change. Food area small for size of the park,cleaning of apartments coukd ve a little better and bathroom fabrication works to be tidied up

Staff very friendly and did help with what they could

So many issues that we wanted to leave, but as our boiler was being replaced at home we decided to stay made many complaints and on last day actually spoke to a manager who finally offered a nights refund

Our chalet was right at the front noisy and not very private

Chalet was lovely clean and spacious and had everything I needed, heaters were more than adequate.

Handy parking next to caravan. Easy driving to local amenities. Close to the beach. Clean and tidy throughout the site. Plenty of room in the caravan.

Single toilet was leaking around the base and the lightbulb had gone.

Not enough seating at night. Was a full weekend when we attended as it was a 60s weekend. Unless you got to the club house at 4pm you had no seating. We got there at 545 and no seats. Location ok if you do not mind walking which we didn't

Sandy Glade is a John Fowler caravan park. Chalet was clean, comfortable, well equipped and bigger than some we have stopped in previously. Full sized fridge and separate full sized freezer. Nice plump pillows and bed was comfy. Had an issue with the TV remote and they came within 5 minutes and sorted it. Swimming pool was good and there was a sauna you booked through the app which you download but this was very simple to do, it gives you a list of hourly slots 40 spaces each but it says like 9.00 10.00 38 spaces so you can choose what's the best time for you . There is also useful information about the site on there too like opening times etc. Park overall was clean. Nice entertainment room, park area and small shop reasonably priced and the takeaway too. We had brought some food from the Tesco that you pass going to the site but we did buy garlic cheesy chips from takeaway they cost £6 but we had enough for the 2 of us and they were really nice. Weather stayed dry and we had a lovely walk down the beach which is across the road from the site. Short walk along the road to Brean itself.

Sauna was useless Booked pool for 3pm - 4pm was stood outside waiting to get in until 3:15 then asked to get out the pool at 3.45

clean! most chalets are alittle worn but this was so nice everything we needed and clean, it was like home from home

Overall very happy with the facilities such as the convenience store, laundrette and the fast food. Kids loved the swimming pool and the entertainment and we enjoyed the bingo. All staff was lovely.

The swimming pool could have been definitely warmer, the water and the room temperature. Food in convenience store was quite expensive. Cheaper prices would encourage people to shop there rather then driving 5 minutes to the nearest shop.

The site was nice with car parking close to the accomodation. All of the staff we met throughout our stay were lively. It was a dog friendly site which our pups enjoyed. There were plenty of places locally to take our dogs too (which is always good).

The caravan was tired and our heating was on constantly (great for our friend travelling with us but not for the dogs)
