This property was AMAZING! The loft was absolutely beautiful and was beautifully decorated. Karen and Monica have thought of everything! I could honestly have left half the stuff I brought at home because they provided SO many things I usually have to carry with me (cell phone chargers, alarm clock, night lights, extra pillows, etc). And the location is perfect! I am telling all my friends and family about Bristol and telling them to stay at one of Karen and Monica's places!

Booked this wonderful stylish loft a couple days before our trip to Bristol and the process was a breeze. Karen was friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any question I had. The space was very clean and I truly loved the meticulous design of the loft. All of this and the many personal touches make this a 5+ star space. Thank you for a lovely getaway!

The property is super comfortable and well maintained. St. George is beautiful and was a respite frm all the snow. The home is warm, comfortable, clean and dog friendly! Would stay here again!

This property was just like walking into your home. Everything you needed was there. From personal needs to all the kitchen supplies you need. Keurig & regular coffee maker. Coffee & tea with all the condiments. Nice soft throw blanket to relax with and slippers in the bedroom nightstand. Washer & dryer with soap and dryer sheets. Cooler with wheels for any outings. Karen just has everything you need just like home. Impeccably clean and quaintly decorated. Very quiet and safe. Will definitely be staying again next year in one of Karen's lofts. Karen also checked in to see if there was anything we needed and again reached out after we checked out.

A wonderful location to enjoy what Bristol has to offer. So close to great restaurants, breweries and galleries. Beautiful decor and very well stocked.

Awesome place to stay while visiting Bristol. Location has easy access to State Street and several locations of interest. The owners have taken great care in restoring this property and take great care providing for their guests. I highly recommend this property for a visit and will be booking again!

What a wonderful property, we have traveled many places. We are very picking about rentals. This propety was excellent, from the moment we stepped in the door we were impressed. This place was perfect. The design and decor was wonderful, everything we needed was address. All local information was provided, everything was ready for us in every detail. The small details can be the most important in staying in any rental. Majority if places miss this part. But here we took notice of the small things that means so much. The kitchen had everything we needed. The coffee station was wonderful. Snacks a perk. The bathroom provided us with all the timgs we need, if you forgot something…it was there. We were so impressed with this property. Close to everything downtown. No changes needed. Great Job. Thank you for a relaxed and cozy place. The Goodbread Family

We loved this clean cozy loft. Great location right on the main strip by restaurants and entertainment you can walk to. The host are fantastic. Always checking to see if you need anything. Everything we needed was at our loft even rain gear. If you want a beautiful comfortable place to relax, this loft is it. You will want for nothing. Thanks Karen and Monica

Everything about this property was perfect. Location, layout, amenities. When we arrived and were unloading the car a manager from one of the businesses that occupy the same building offered to help carry anything up we needed. The property worked great for exploring Bristol with the ability to stop by and drop off purchases or to just take a rest from the days exploration. Close to everything!!! My wife and I could not have picked a better property. The check in process and all communication with Karen was easy. You will not go wrong with choosing this loft.

Awesome stay. They (Karen & Monica) think of everything from A-Z (acetaminophen-ziplocs). They provided a lot of things I could have left at home like tape, slippers, fan, sound machine, clothes hamper, plastic containers, ziploc bags, night lights to name a few things. They need to sell the blanket that is on the bed in their shop below the loft. That and the towels smelled great. Lots of dining opts within walking distance. Easy trip to BMS. We never heard much street traffic. Only thing I could suggest is another curtain on the opposite window to block the street light. Even if that isn't provided it wouldn't keep me from staying there again. Great stay. Thank you Karen & Monica.

If we could rate all our VRBO experiences this one would be at the top. Karen has anything you could ever want in this loft down to the white noise machine. The apartment is super cute, well designed and comfortable. The location is premium. The Birthplace of Country Music, Cumberland Park, and the library are really close by as is State street. So we had lots of good food and shopping on our trip as well. I highly recommend this location! We are actually already booked with Karen for another trip in 2022.

Everything about this stay is FIVE STARS *****!!! From the amazing hosts to all of the little amenities carefully placed throughout the loft!!! The place itself is PERFECT for a couples getaway! If we could only stay at places like this on all of our trips!!! We will be back to check out the other lofts Monica and Karen are so gracious to share with visitors to the area. My husband and I stay here 2 twice a year! It’s always amazingly put together. The bed and bedding are very luxurious and comfortable. It’s not just stocked well it has everything you want and more. My daughter and I had a wonderful getaway in Bristol! Karen and Monica are so incredibly thoughtful. The loft was so clean and everything we could possibly need was in arms reach. The bed was soooo comfy....I brought my own pillow and didn't need it because the pillows were so nice. The location of the loft is amazing. We didn't need to drive while exploring Bristol and Abingdon was a short drive away. Karen and Monica were very helpful, friendly and simply delightful! Thank you for the fun getaway!

My wife and I were looking for a unique experience along State Street in Bristol and certainly found it with this loft. The pictures do not do it justice - it was perfect in every way! The location was exactly what we wanted and the owners went out of their way to make sure everything was to our liking. I can't think of any reason we would ever stay in a hotel again if this property is available. We loved it and highly recommend it!

This loft was perfect for our Anniversary getaway! Super clean, stocked beyond expectations and super comfy bedding! We loved the exposed brick and beautiful decor. After exploring the area we spent our evenings on the deck listening to live music. If your heading to Bristol this is a must stay! Host were very responsive and definitely know how to make you feel comfy and at home!

Fun loft apartment which was stocked with all kinds of treats and coffee and toiletries. We plan on staying here again when the opportunity arises.

Has everything you need for your stay. Also quiet the bar around the corner plays music and we could not hear it at all. parking is no problem. Owner communication is great responds quickly very nice. Would stay here again no problem. looking forward to the next trip to Bristol

The property was very nice and well appointed. Additionally, it was very clean which is one of the more important things I look for in a property. The owners were very responsive and checked on me several times. Would stay there again. As with all places, one should be aware of a few items to be aware: 1) there are a number of steps up to the property so if you have any problems with steps then this property may not be for you 2)there is a restaurant/bar with music around the corner so you may hear noise from the patrons however I generally did not hear anything beyond 10:30-11 at night 3) as you are downtown and there is a road next to the property then you will probably hear road noise however they have a noise machine and a fan which helped offset the noise. As I said overall the property is great and I would stay again however those are issues someone should be aware.

This loft was absolutely perfect for us; right smack dab in the middle of EVERYTHING in downtown Bristol. Karen thought of everything, she is obviously a very experienced VRBO hostess. Thanks again for a great experience.

A+++ property and owners. Your every need has been addressed long before you arrive. Venture out and you are surrounded by great shops, restaurants and the friendliest people you will ever encounter. And it is all within walking distance. Venture a little further and the activities of the great outdoors are abundant.
