Very sweet little structure and very warm welcome, everything was made easy and comfortable for me. It is a great place for a stopover in Pesaro. And the coffee in the morning was deliciously velvety!

The host Paolo is really a superhost!

It should be clear that it is a B &B. I recommend it for young people and budget travellers

Everything was great! Paolo is a great host and makes sure you really feel at home. He was kind enough to pick me at the station upon my arrival and to drop me off the day I was leaving. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and had everything necessary. Loved the breakfast, too!! And adored the cats!! They stay in the other areas and won't bother you if you do not wish to be disturbed, but I absolutely loved that they are cuddly and will approach you if you don't mind some feline company. :) Grazie mille, Paolo! I liked everything!! :) However, I can understand that people alergic to cats would want to stay somewhere else. Also important: Paolo lets you know right away upon booking about the cats, so there is absolutely no issue with them.

Vintage style, two cats, good organisation, everything very clear and comfortable.

It was all really very pleasant, because Paolo is an amazing and attentive host (he gave me a lift from the station and back and whenever I needed, which was quite handy). The room was spacious and comfy and the breakfast was also fine. I had a nice stay there.

I loved the comfy bed, nice balcony with beautiful plants, the fresh brewed coffee and Dear Paolo bringing me to the station to catch my bus to Urbino. very kind person, I loved to stay there. top recomended!
