you have to pay just to used the swimming pool. that is sucks for the people renting the condo.

Jaja was incredibly helpful! she went above and beyond for me and my family and nothing was too much to ask. she greeted us with a warm welcome and her property was absolutely excellent for us !! when I visit Manila again I will without a doubt be staying in Jajas apartment !! thank you so much !!!

Pool very nice

Swimming pool was charged extra one thousand paso for our family plus to many petty rules which distracted from a relexing holiday

Clean room and beddings. Very friendly and courteous staff - Janine Convenient place, near mall and restaurants. Very good security. Makes you feel safe once inside the premises.

Poor wifi connection. My kids were really disappointed because of this. It was not stated that there is no free parking space, so we didn't know we will be charged with additional 450/night for parking. It should have been made clear from the start. Gym fitness center is off limits for visitors.

We checked in late, the location is very traffic, the transportation is difficult

It is an excellent and clean apartment as well as the treatment of the administrator is excellent and nice
