Very clean and they accommodated us leaving our bags at the house due to an early arrival. Highly recommend. Only downside is if you need a washer/dryer as non are on site.

It is all on level so easy for my parents to navigate and close to lots of shops, restaurants and a beach. The pool was heated and we had fun playing cards by the pool. The only negative was that there was street noise late at night due to noisy neighbors but overall a great experience and would recommend the property.

Lovely home tucked in just off south end of Duval. Very quiet. Steps to our favorite breakfast site Le Grignote. Everything was clean. Fridge and coffee maker are new. Plunge pool was clean. Third bedroom does not have its own shower so best for a family or two couples, not as ideal for three couples. We would stay there again.

It was a beautiful property with a great swimming pool that the kids enjoys during some downtime. Great restaurants nearby and a close walk to beach and other attractions.

I have rented several different houses in Key West with private pools (its the only way to go) the Lady Admiral was my favorite house. We also loved the pool, however it is not as private as other rentals, it is a great pool and the waterfall does drown out the neighbors and it also allows them to not hear your entire conversation either. I will rent this property again.

We stayed at The Lady Admiral for a girls weekend. The house was cute and clean. It had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and patio! The house is close to shops and restaurants. Melanie, the property manager was very responsive.

An easy walk to restaurants, shops and beach. The cottage is spotless and very well equipped. The extra bedroom and bath is perfect for families and very private. Great outdoor space with pool and space for grilling/dining.This is a great find in a great safe neighborhood. As a bonus, the management is excellent. They offered good information about the property and were always available for any questions. I would recommend this property for a stay in Key West Live like a local!!

Lady Admiral is lovely house which we found to be as described on the website. It is really well located, walking distance to the main sites, Duval St and restaurants. I strongly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids). The space is not really meant for this even though it says it sleeps 8. There is large furniture everywhere so there is very little room for bags and other things that families with kids bring. I would absolutely stay here with 3 couples, or 1 family, but not with the 2 family setup we had.As far as the condition, things appeared good, but we did have a few issues. The dryer did not work, but management was quick to respond and actually did the laundry for us as a repairman came the day of our checkout. Stuff happens, and at least they had an immediate solution that worked.The other issue was the pool. There were iguanas all over the yard, which is fine and expected in Key West, but they kept popping in the pool from the trees above. Having a pool and being familiar with pool chemistry, I bought a kit and checked the levels. There was absolutely no chlorine and the PH was off the charts low. I bought the chemicals and balanced things out, but it was slightly annoying. Again, stuff happens and poop will definitely throw chemical balances out of whack, but I feel like a pool guy should come more often if that’s an ongoing issue.Other than that, the place and location is great. Just a few blocks to southernmost point and walking distance to Duval, convenience store, coffee, etc. Also enough space for 2 cars, though you should just rent golf carts like we did.

The stay was fantastic and I would certainly come back. The property manager, Melanie, was amazing and completely took care of everything we needed.

It was awesome bringing the family down to the keys for my daughters 30th birthday

Extremely disappointing property! Outdated and worn furnishings throughout. Decor covered in dust. Floors and cabinets need repaired…chunks of missing grout, peeling paint, etc. Lights in main bathroom did not work properly and flickered when in use. Main door in/out of home was very difficult to enter/exit. Termites were discovered in the kitchen by Orkin on day 2 of our stay. Noisy neighbors kept us up at night (actual residents, not just guests). Overall, a very unpleasant experience!

The stove malfunctioned during our stay, when i texted the property manager, she said it was a sign not to cook on vacation, for 13k I would expect everythingn to work properly. My son in law also had to get on a ladder and figure out the fan and light and how it worked. it was also extremely expensive for how cheap it was inside. Cheap fixtures, my daughter cut her finger on the peeling kitchen trim. I would expect more for 13K. I would not stay here again.

The location was great, quick walk or golf cart ride to anywhere we wanted to be. The pool was perfect for an afternoon cool off. Hosts were great to work with. The location is great. It is steps from Duval street although it is at the far end from Mallory Square and much of the nightlife. About 1 mile (20-30 min ) walk to the other end of Duval St. We rented bikes and it was worth it. There is a bike shop (Fury) one street up on Catherine St. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Pool is warm and a good size. The bedrooms were on the small size but were sufficient. The bed in the "king" bedroom in the house has an older mattress that was a bit uncomfortable but the other 2 beds were very good. Storage space in bedrooms was a bit limited but plenty of room in living room and kitchen. Was clean and well kept. Only problems were sinks in bathrooms tended to back up a little and the garbage can/recycle bin rollers are extremely difficult to move in and out. Overall, it was a good place to stay and we would recommend it. We had 3 couples stay and it worked well for us and we loved the back deck for happy hours in the pool before dinner and cards after dinner and drinks.

The heated pool was wonderful as a cold snap came thru while we were in the Keys! Close to Duval Street and great restaurants!

We stayed here for 5 days with our two adult daughters. Perfect amount of common area and didn't feel crowded. Pool and patio were our main hangout area. It would have been nice if the rooms didn't have some of the "unnecessary" furniture, such as bookshelves. Dressers for clothes would have been nice. We were pretty cramped in the pool bedroom. We had issues with the house keys but learned how to properly "jigger" it to make it work. Couldn't beat the location...right off Duval!
