Excellent location. Few steps to the beach. Away from the very crowded beaches in valencia. Great for family.

A little problem with swimming pool bracelet as there is only 1 bracelet for family of 5. It was sorted on the 3rd day of our stay.

The location was perfect for the beach. The apartment had all the equipment needed for a family stay. The owner left a great help guide, which was really useful to use during the stay. Felipe was very helpful at all times. It's a great place to stay.

Proximity to beach and the swimming pool (although it wasn't open when we were there in the winter season). Would be a great spot in summer. There is also a 5 hole mini golf but sadly they didn't have the putts so we used rocks and rolled them which my kids still found it entertaining. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. There is a restaurant on the premises but we didn't dine there.

The view of the silo building with squatters across the road was unattractive unfortunately so we kept the blinds closed most of the time. Lack of laundry detergent. One of us had trouble sleeping due to being sensitive to the smell of the bedsheets.

Clean and great location with the beach so close. felt like home away from home. everything you need for a week. owner very responsive too. thank you! great restaurants and coffee shop nearby serving outstanding brunch.

Good communication with Felipe, very friendly and helpful. The appartement is situated on a good location next to the beach! Can recommend this place!

Our communication with the landlord was very easy and he was very helpful and very nice so we were very happy about that. The neighbourhood that we stayed in was very friendly and because it was right at the end of the beach it was always so peaceful and the beach was not always to packed. They also had loads of events for the locals as it seemed that the town council building was literally a 3 minute walk from the complex. We stayed in October so the weather was still great and everything wasnt packed with people which was wonderful. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again however if you are either a small family or a very small group, looking to not explore much and just enjoy the beach and the peace I would definitely suggest this. I would definitely come back to VALENCIA!! and pay abit more for more space and location. Apart from the apartment we had a great time and valencia is a great and interesting city (im sure the landlord will be looking into the cleanliness of his apartment)

The apartment is definitely quite small, so for 4 to 5 people we definitely wouldn't recommend it. As you are on top of each other. If its just for a night or 2 then fine but any longer than that the apartment only suits 3 people maximum. The location is really out of the way. If you plan to travel in and out of the city alot then fine but this is NOT a city location you are really outside of the city for peace and quiet then this is a good option. The actual duvet needs to be changed. A person who stayed before spilled coke on it and it wasn't changed before our arrival and the shower head was broken. The apartment is definitely not as clean as it should be and that definitely needs improvement for example dirty kettle, dirty toaster, dirty kitchen cupboards! Food that guests have left which are out of date. The air conditioning system should definitely be changed. It should be set to each individual room and not the whole apartment. Different people have different needs when it comes to temperature so it's ashame that a system like that has been set up. Was a little disappointed aswel the fact that some of the photos are misleading. He has added a picture of Marina beach bars pool which we all assumed was on the complex. I would take down that photo as it is false advertisement or write on the photo that it is marina beach bar. We found out at reception when we showed the receptionist the photo and he told us ant Marina Beach bar is literally on the other side of the city. Definitely need to change this.
