The host was excellent a really friendly guy and extremely helpful , superb apartment ultra clean and very comfy , it has a kitchen area too with a coffee maker and hob. Plus complementary tea and coffee. Cathedral which is stunning only yards from the building and bars and restaurants too.

I loved everything - from the first contact, further communication including “hand-over” of the key, the dedication when it comes to trouble-shooting, love for details, equipment of kitchen & bathroom. amazing location at the Elisengarten close to everything. The host was just amazing, very kind & helpful.

This property is wonderfully located to visit central Aachen. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, clean and spacious. The manager was exceptionally helpful. Highly recommended!

The flat is absolutely perfect for all the things to see in Aachen including the nightlife. Perfect also to drop off shopping or getting changed.

No luddage storage, never meet with staf for 2 days stay, and not easy to chat with staf. I ever ask by emali is the Aparr have luggage stored? No one respond.my email. I suggest the hotel staff not only leave a phone number that can be contacted, but leave a chat number such as whatsapp or line. because guests like me who are from outside europe not easy to buy eueope phone cards we can only have data internet. So that difficult to chating. But Any all the hotel have are prefect.
