We got to the cottage and the instructions for everything were very clear and easy to understand. The cottage was clean and appeared the same as it was presented on Vrbo. I would definitely recommend this cottage to others and may use it next time we go to Dillon Beach.

My friend and I had a lovely time at this property. The upstairs large open space room was quite comfortable. I enjoyed the artwork with the ocean boating themes. The deck off of the upstairs room has quite a wonderful view, better than represented in the pictures.

It was a nice stay. The house was completely stocked with all your kitchen needs . I always bring my own seasonings ( just because I know how long I've had them). Bedrooms were decent . Bathroom can use an upgrade . The shower is old and funky( but gets the job done ) Can use a new higher toilet bowl.. other than that it was a wonderful way to spend Thanksgiving ! I would definitely stay again..

Beautiful location.

We decided to get away since the kids had a long weekend from school. The property at Dillon Beach was so cute and so close to the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing especially during sunset. The house was perfectly stocked, we prepared dinner in the house both nights and were very comfortable. The coastal kitchen and general store was a plus for treats!

We had a nice stay. The home is a little quirky, but met all our needs and was fine for our stay and price. It was clean, kitchen equipped with a nice range of cookware, cutlery, and table settings. Hot tub enjoyable, fits 2-3 comfortably. Over all a very pleasant stay. Would stay again!

Great little place for two people to get away. Very secluded off beat and path. Quiet town and very friendly people. I was really looking for to the fireplace working. I wanted to experience the cold foggy night with a fire. This is one of the reasons I booked this home. Unfortunately it’s not a working fireplace and is for show. Overall, cute home. Definitely grab what you need ahead of time. General store in town is 15-20 min away

My mother, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful ocean views and a 5 minute walk to beach. Loved the hot tub in the private back yard.

Perfect quick walk to the beach

We took my great granddaughter to the beach for their birthday present. We stayed 3 nights. The home was so complete and included everything we needed. Great fully stocked kitchen. They even had games (not electronics) for the girls, and they loved playing with them. The only thing I would recommend is felt pads for the kitchen chairs to make them slide easier and quiet. Also, the toilet downstairs is so low to the ground it is like a child's toilet. Possibly replacing it with a taller one like they have upstairs. All in all, a wonderful place to stay!

Absolutely beautiful view of the ocean from upstairs living area and balcony!! Comfortable and cozy. Beach within walking distance. We walked to the beach twice a day. Modern appliances and lots of pots/pans/utensils/knives for cooking. However, bring all other items needed for making meals and storing leftovers. Enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing, rejuvenating stay! Looking forward to returning soon.

I wish this could have been a amazing experience, there were many many things wrong, I waited over one hour to get into the property, simply because you guys sent me the wrong code. Extremely frustrating then to find out we had no propane to barbecue, and your fire extinguisher has not been serviced since 2013. The property was so cluttered and overfilled with junk. It was very hard to find a surface to put anything on not to mention all the rugs that were a huge, tripping hazard, and that staircase that is simply an accident waiting to happen. We could never understand why there were no screens on the windows. It was very hard to enjoy the sound of the ocean with the windows being closed due to the bugs. The bed skirts on the bedding are absolutely filthy. The beds are extremely old and the couches upstairs old is well. You advertise can sleep six people? Simply no room to put six people in that cluttered mess. but what I found more disturbing was the parking arrangement. God help us all if there is a fire in that little subdivision, this was beyond disappointing I was embarrassed to have our friends with us. FYI, the downstairs toilet ran constantly and I couldn’t help but to notice your conserve water signs! I would recommend you have a conversation with the owner, I would be happy to. Theresa Porath.

Very nice house. We liked the second floor set up. It had a nice view of the coastline. Sunsets were great. The fog was refreshing. Forty degree difference from our house two hours away. The kitchen area was perfect for meal preparation. We liked the added bonus of the hot tub.

Better than I thought. Nice view, colorful decor, comfortable beds and loved the hot tub, protected in back from wind bday. Enjoyed looking out kitchen window too to the rolling hills and cows. Well stocked kitchen too. Thank you. Oh and Rocker Oysterfellar great oysters and appetizers.

My dearest friends gathered here for my birthday. The pictures of the view do not do it justice! We walked to Dillon Beach as often as possible. The kitchen was set up perfectly so we could cook our meals. I brought extra beach towels just in case for hot tub use, which was very lovely. The dryer came in handy for drying the towels. We loved this space and would rent again!

Great little beach house with an epic view! Walk to beach was a little steep but paved the whole way, about 10 mins! House was perfect size for a family of 4. Not the best for my 1 year old since there is a lot of knick nacks, cords, steep stairs, open cabinets at floor level full of glassware, etc. but we made it work! Overall we had a great stay!

We stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend for four days. Great location with an easy walk to the beach. The condo had everything we needed and more! We will definitely stay here again!

Listing is accurate, short walk to beach. The Dillon Beach area requires a 15-minute windy drive to get in and out of the area. Be advised ifdoing it at night/fog it's kind of difficult but worth it!

We had a great girls trip again here over Labor Day weekend. As we had stayed last year we knew what to expect and made a few suggestions to the prop manager (still no tools for the BBQ , the drain catcher in the kitchen sink doesn't allow any flow so defeats the purpose). But, they had hand soap a-plenty this time, so yay! Also, didn't realize that both couches in the living room have pull-out hide-a-beds (the smaller one is more comfortable; definitely suggest using the couch pads on top of the larger hide-a-bed if you use it). The location is flipping fantastic and we look forward to going back next year!!
