Beautiful, clean room. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We will be back.

we forgot some equipment and asked via booking.com a couple of times if we could pick it up on our way back. We’ve never got any reply which is very disappointing.

The property has a high rating, that is why I chose the property. However, my experience was terrible. There were bed bugs— we took pictures and shared them with management. As you know, the trip was already paid for before arriving. So as a consumer or any consumer requested a refund. They offered a different room for the next night stay. After discussing leaving. We chose to leave the property and not accept a different room due to the experience. I AM SO UPSET THAT THE MANAGEMENT IS NOT REFUNDING HALF OR ALL OF MY FUNDS!!!! States they were unable to locate the bed bugs!!!! Why would we lie or be called liars about a bad experience. I am so upset and I suggest if you do choose the location. Check the bed and everything else. OUR STAY WAS TERRIBLE AND THE MAINTENANCE WORKER IS A LIAR—- THE BUGS WERE PRESENT AND IS PRESENT

The issues was not resolved and to get out of providing a refund —- the maintenance person stated he did not find any and he witnessed a argument. The argument was about staying in. different room at the location. We decided to leave based on Sheron conversation with me!! The customer does not come first
