The room itself was unacceptable. Black mold in the bathroom. The hole in the wall allowed bugs to crawl out at night and enter our bags and bed. The host was slow to engage but did eventually send a women with a can of raid. There was other serious sanitary issues that could have been avoided by some better housekeeping like cleaning the toilet plunger and brush which had feces on them causing a horrible smell throughout the bathroom.

Location and resort is great

Host would not answer phone. I Was supposed to check in at 4. Host would not answer phone or reply. Did not get in touch with host until 630pm. I sat in my car for over two hours trying to get access to my unit. Terrible customer service from the host.

This place was disgusting - it wasn't even cleaned prior to our arrival. Everything was sticky, greasy hand prints everywhere, hair in the tub and sink, splatter of what looked like blood on the wall and floor, crumbs everywhere, there was no wifi (even though it was included) and the TV didn't work, I can go on and on. It was filthy and revolting and we left hours after arrival because it was a health hazard. We arrived late because of our flight delay (2am) and couldn't get in touch with anyone. Again, we left hours later and went to a hotel and the owner refused our refund - they even kept the $150 deposit that you are supposed to get back after you leave! This is unbelievable! We are in the process of contacting the BBB - this was a nightmare experience and ruined what was supposed to be our first vacation in a decade AND we didn't even get a refund for an 8 day stay! DO NOT STAY HERE - EVER!

Pool is lovely overlooking the water, and we saw a manatee. Weight room had enough to make a workout worthwhile.

Beach smelled HORRIBLE. Tried to lay on the beach but felt I was getting sick due to the overwhelming smell. Had issues getting in due to the process of having to give credit card info in an email. Because this process did not work, I had to send photo of my ID and credit card via text which seemed suspicious. This took much back and forth with the host. Coffee machine had rust. Seemed like not even a basic cleaning had taken place. 2 plates, 2 mismatched glasses and an old bottle of oil and coffee was in cupboard from who knows how long ago.

We always love staying in Little Harbor. The room was comfortable and clean. Location and amenities are why we keep coming back to the area.

The other times we’ve stayed in other rooms at the same location we have had paper towels and dish clothes in the kitchen. This was good when prepping food to take on the boat or to the beach, or making coffee. This one did not. Only had our bathroom towels. Not a big deal but we we would have packed some if we knew.

Private beach was unswimmable with seaweed and shark and stingrays sightings daily. Sunset and Hooks restaurant bars were almost unaffordable. Couldn't find where or info on shuffleboard and cornhole equipment.Unusual odor from apartments hallway.
