La casita está genial, muy limpia y con todo el equipamiento necesario. La Zona es tranquila y muy cerca de Marina Rubicon, que tiene marina, supermercados, restaurantes, tiendas, etc.

Location was ideal

The property was semi detached when described as detached. We chose this villa based on being detached. Additional charge for Pool heating which was not mentioned when booking even though the description said heated pool. There was no sea view as described. Pictures on web site very confusing as they covered two separate villas.

Property was beautifully presented with lot of outdoor and indoor space. Had all amenities- dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

Sparse - expected enough basic amenities but no dishwasher tablets, bbq lighters, washing powder, - only two cups, one of which was chipped. Very little required to rectify this but would make a big difference to experience.

Loved the location, very convenient and mostly quiet of an evening. We had the smaller 2 bedroomed villa, with it's own pool and 4 sun loungers. We were a bit concerned the villa was semi-detached but fortunately we had quiet neighbours. Very easy 7 minute walk to the Marina. Kitchen is fully equipped and the fridge freezer was large - plenty of space for food and drink and lots of ice cubes. Beds are comfortable with decent pillows. The house does not have air conditioning but in September the wind was about (usually is) and we preferred the cross draft we could get going throughout the villa. There are fans in the bedrooms. We loved the large Naya area with its large sofa - the are is water tight and we sat out one night when it decided to rain - it was lovely and warm and dry as we sat on the very large sofa drinking wine, listening to music and reading. When the walk-in shower decided to leak, it was sorted out the next day. The owner is very hands on in ensuring everything is ok for your holiday, something to be valued when she quickly acts on the text that you send. Breathed huge sighs of relief. we will be going back when it is available - quite rightly it is a very popular villa.

Nothing the owner could have done anything about - the wind - it just never gave up but the sun was warm and the house sheltered us

The villa was clean and well equipped with everything a family would need. Denisse was lovely and very easy to communicate with, very attentive. There was plenty of towels and she even had swimming inflatables for the kids. Very close to the marina, 5 min walk to the supermarket.

Self-contained private villa with its own pool. Close to everything you needed. There is plenty of space.

As there was no cleaner, you cleaned up as you stayed, which was fine with us, but you needed a few more cleaning utensils to get bin bags, etc...

Beautiful quiet location. Only 7 minutes walk to nearest Supermarket and shops. And a few more minutes to the Marina.

There were no instructions for the oven. I ended up burning a lot of food. I did inform the owner, she was very helpful. But instructions please !

Great location., close to marina, bars and restaurants. Really nice clean comfortable villa.
