We wish we could have stayed longer than just a few days. we were in town for a wedding and this home provided all that we needed, hoped for, and then some. short walk to the beautiful beach. everything you need to enjoy the home & surrounding area and a truly lovely neighborhood. highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at Alison's beautiful home. We've stayed at many vacation rentals and this is by far an overall favorite! Communication with the host is easy and prompt and the location is central to many great wineries, restaurants and activities. From the cleanliness to the amenities and thought put into every room, we are already planning our next trip back!

This was our fourth time staying in this beautiful home. My granddaughter calls it our holiday house. Everything was perfect! Beds are super comfortable! Well stocked kitchen with everything you might need. Fire pit is perfect place to toast marshmallows and eat s’mores. Can’t wait to go

Despite the rainy weather my family had an amazing time celebrating a special birthday. The house has more than enough space for everyone and the air hockey table upstairs was a life saver as well as the basketball set up in the garage. Beautiful house will definitely rent again and highly recommend.

The house has everything you could need for a great time, including lots of outdoor games, board games, and comfortable accommodations! Booking and communication with Alison was very easy as she went above and beyond to make our stay fun and comfortable!

We didn't want to leave! The house is gorgeous! Perfect in every way! I love the openness and the decor in each room. All immaculate with thoughtful touches! The backyard was so relaxing. Perfect for kids too - I now think for my grandson’s birthday we have to get an air hockey table and hang a basketball court in the garage!! Everything was wonderful!! Very close to many fun things to do. Thank you to the host - very helpful and especially kind!!

We had such a wonderful stay. House is beautiful inside and out. Short walk to the beach and great neighborhood to take walks through. So close to many of the vineyards/breweries we like. House has everything you could need in terms of accommodation. We even enjoyed a little basketball game in the garage! Would recommend and will request to stay again next visit!

We loved our stay here, it had plenty of space for five couples for our trip. We really enjoyed having the two separate living room/ lounge spaces for relaxing and catching up and we had a blast cooking in the large kitchen space together. The outdoor space was sunny and well kept for us to play yard games and eat outside. Excellent cleanliness of the entire space especially the bathrooms. Quick and easy walk to the beach. The host couldn't have been more helpful or kind, we would highly recommend and already want to go back!

We three couples from the city were looking for a getaway close to home but miles away from our daily routines and we found it in Jamesport in this home.
We sat around with morning coffee and again with evening wine talking and laughing and just having a great time.
I love renting VRBO homes for exactly what I said above - coffee in PJS! and not having to get dressed to savor the moment. Conversations flowed as sipped our brew.
We walked, visited Sag Harbor and Greenport and enjoyed spending quality time together in this home. It was comfortable and clean and spacious and perfectly located for all the North Fork has to offer - anytime of the year!
A really fabulous surprise - really close to the home - and really delicious. We had brunch at the Watershed Kitchen and Bar in the Bay Breeze Inn. We left saying we'd we back for sure.

Alison's house is gorgeous, well-equipped, but edited for style and comfort in each room. The quiet neighborhood location is near to good services, a variety of restaurants, and many vineyards, farmstands, and local points of interest.

North Fork Gem
My family and I just returned from a four night stay at this wonderful property. I had initially rented a home on the south shore, when the owner cancelled that reservation, I booked this listing. Truly a stroke of luck to have found this place! The house is as lovely as pictured, is user-friendly and well equipped with all the essentials, and then some. Alison was quick to response to inquiries but there was little need to contact her, as the information she provides regarding the use of the property is clear and concise. The location made it easy to access attractions on both the North and South Forks.
We thoroughly enjoyed visiting wineries, cuddling with goats at Catapano Dairy Farm, sunset walks at the nearby beach and simply hanging out at the house. I don't often write reviews and rarely give five-stars but this home deserves all the positive comments it receives.

Amazing house
We rented this house for the weekend. I was nervous because I thought Jamesport might have nothing in it & should be staying in Greenport but it had so much.
The house was so clean & Alison was so accommodating & easy to communicate with leading up to the trip. The house has everything you could possibly need too. I would absolutely recommend staying in this house.

This property is a beautiful find. Great open space, decorated beautifully and feels like a home! Alison provided you with all the supplies you could need! Great location so close to the wineries. Comfy beds and soft sheets. This is my second time staying here and It’s been a great experience both times.

Wonderful for a Girls Weekend!
We rented this house for our annual girls weekend. The home was beautiful! It was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group to spread out and enjoy our time there. The kitchen was fully equipped and wonderful to use. Alison was a pleasure to work with and was extremely responsive to any questions or request. We loved our time there and look forward to renting for another weekend in the future!
