Lovely little apartment with everything you need. Located in a gated complex that requires key access. Felt safe. I would recommend this for a couple or solo traveller. Clean, good location 10 minutes from the strip/beach. I will be staying here again.

The bottle if water offered on arrival did not open. The lid is stuck shut. Please replace this for next guest. Would be nice to have cleaning products like a spary for the work surfaces. Floor cleaning liquid. A rack in the shower where you can rest your wet flannel and shower gel etc. The shower head holder would be better if it was flexible so you don't have to hold it while you shower.

Well I suppose it started off badly. I didn't receive any email with instructions on full address and picking up keys. Therefore when we arrived, we went to address listed on Booking.com which was 12 Calle Belgica. This property also had a key box outside but when my husband inserted the code, it didn't work. He then rang listed number and was told it was San Fermin Complex across the road. The front door was open and we spent a long time searching for No. 12 apartment but there was no such No. He rang back to find out it was Apartment No. 158. We went to this apartment and tried the code but it didn't work. He rang back and was given a different Code which worked. We wouldn't have had any of these problems if we had received the Instruction Email and Canary Host did apologise that the email was in their Outbox but really it's not good enough. It was totally their responsibility to ensure we received full instructions on the property. I found it quite distressing at the time as we didn't know what was going on and luckily we didn't arrive very late at night or it would have been much worse.

The apartment is light and airy, beautifully decorated and furnished. It has a full kitchen which was so useful as we like to cook. Great bathroom with walk in powerful shower and plenty of hot water. It is located in a great position on a very nice well maintained residential site. It is not far from all the bars and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great customer service. Would highly recommend it.

Just some minor things like a full size ironing board and larger clothes dryer.

It was like home from home

location of the apartment was great , just few streets from the promenade. Also the apartment was spacious and well equipped.

The bed sheets and towels actually stink terribly like not properly dried from the laundry and put wet. We had contacted the property and asked to get them replaced but didn’t get any solution. So we ended up buying new towels and washing the bedsheets.

Kitchen was all right.

Reception. It was a quest, to get keys. No staff at all on spot. You get a password to open a safe, with a box inside that requires another password and a particular opening schedule. I got an opportunity of online check-in only 24 hours before arrival, while on the way and without WiFi access. To many questions in a style "what was the name of your granddad's dog".

The apartment was in a perfect location. Only 5 minutes away from the main shops and restaurants however lovely and quiet in the complex. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. There were sun beds available around the pool and everything that we needed was available (soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner).

There could’ve been a few more necessities such as coffee and sugar.

The place looks correctly maintained and is not that far from the beach.

Very tedious online check-in procedure that required to give my credit card details (with a retention of 100€ as a warranty!!!). I don't like that and wouldn't have booked there if I'd known. No air conditioning, small bed (140). Not worth the 106€ a night I payed.

In 7 years of travelling to Lanzarote this is without doubt the best apartment we have ever had, so much so we have rebooked it for November. We normally stay the old harbour end so this was completely different for a change- But lovely to discover new bars and restaurants and 5-10mins walk to a Spar Supermarket

Just a little disappointed there weren't more English Satellite channels- Nice to have on first thing when having breakfast- but it would not put us off rebooking

Great little apartments situated in a private complex. Everything as advertised. Great communication from host.

Only the weather was a let down

good sized apartment; good sofa; microwave, oven and enough kitchen utensils present; good location with beach and supermarket within 10 minutes walk; good shower with plenty of warm water; good wifi (we used our netflix account to watch movies on tv). The apartment complex was well cared for.

the apartment still had to be cleaned when we arrived (but we were compensated with a bottle of wine and loads of apologies); noise from the neighbours living on the first floor was sometimes disturbing. We are used to a bigger bed, so sleeping in this bed was less comfortable. The water in the swimming pool was quite cold; swimming in the sea was much nicer.

Fantastic modern decoration and maintenance throughout. Excellent cleanliness and all the facilities you would need and more. The perfect amount of space for a couple. Great patio area with comfortable chairs and large pool area with sun beds for sunbathing. Special mention to the bathroom and shower, it was excellent, without a doubt one of the best showers I’ve had in Lanzarote with great water pressure. The kitchen was also great, definitely enough space and all the appliances you need to be able to do any cooking whilst away. We were also pleasantly surprised with the amount of coat hangers provided. These sorts of small touches really made this apartment stand out for us from others we have stayed at.

This is no fault of the property or the owners however I felt that it was only fair to make people aware of an issue we had. The complex appears to be a mix of vacation homes and residents. When sitting on our patio late at night we were shouted at by a resident advising we needed to shut up as they had to be up for work in the morning, even though we were only having a conversation (no music being played or shouting). Whilst I can appreciate their point, we are on our holidays and want to make the most of sitting outside at night as this is something we are able to do at home.

It was small but practical had everything you need!
