We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything went extremely smooth with the check in and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The property is located in a great location also.

We had the most amazing stay at John’s unit at the Beach Villas in Ko’Olina. The villas are absolutely the gem of the lagoons - both the pool and beach are markedly less crowded and more homey feeling than those of the resorts. The booking process was seamless with superb communication from the property manager, Sherry. She was attentive to any questions we had and made sure to obtain all the information necessary for them to make our stay special. Upon arrival we were greeted by Neal who gave us a full rundown of the property and unit, really setting us up to take full advantage of everything there is to offer in Ko’Olina. The unit itself had everything we could possibly need. Beach wagon, beach and pool gear, fully stocked kitchen and toiletries to get us started. My only wish is that we had more time to stay there! It was so clean, peaceful and that’s coming from a mom of four. If I could find tranquility traveling with my family then anyone can! My kids had the best time and did not want to leave. We had ultimate peace of mind knowing we could return from our daily adventures to a place just as comfortable as home. We would stay in John’s unit again in a heartbeat or any property that Sherry and Neal manage. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

We enjoy staying at Beach Tower because of the location. Close to restaurants and stores, and the lagoon is great. Wish the pool was a little bigger, with more chairs and umbrellas. The staff there are very helpful and service is excellent. This condo has a great location, fully furnished kitchen, lots of games, toys, videos…., and the beach wagon with chairs and beach items was a big hit with everyone. I’m sure we will be back.

It was clean, spacious and had lots of amenities! Loved the lanai, beautiful scenery and sunsets. We sure enjoyed having beach equipment available to use and the wagon to haul it! We really had a wonderful week stay here! Mahalo🌺

We absolutely loved this property from the amazing views to the comfortable and well appointed living areas. Snorkeling in the lagoon was our favorite part and we loved hanging out at the beach. Compared to the other lagoons, this one was not busy or crowded. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed breakfast and dinner every day on the lanai. We highly recommend staying here and enjoying all that Oahu has to offer!

This is the perfect location for families. The property managers were helpful and responsive. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 (two adults and two kids and a baby). We will be back!

View from lanai is wonderful. Easy and quick access to pools, hot tub and beach. Friendly and helpful property managers, sherry and Neil.
Kitchen bedroom and bathrooms very well stocked. Even had toys for the kids and games. Lots of beach gear.
Only major drawback was that Unfortunately for our 8 day trip I packed only half the amount of clothes needed because of renting a condo with washer and dryer. The front loading unit smelled very bad and then come to find out didn’t drain. The property managers were amazing and there with in 10 minutes to look at the problem an hour later we thought it was fixed. Next day tried to do laundry again and same problem. Property manager again very responsive and had the maintenance there to look. They said the pump was bad and replaced with a loaner. Service was great unfortunately after all that, it was a tiny washer that again didn’t work well.
These condos are beautiful but I think as they are getting to be older, owners may need to invest some money into newer appliances.

We had a wonderful week long vacation at John’s condo. The unit was very well appointed, clean, quiet and in a perfect location for us close to the beach with a great ocean view. And Sherry went out of her way to be an exceptional host, greeting us when we arrived, touring us around the resort and answering all our questions. We would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking for a rental in the Ko Olina area.

It was a great place to stay. Everything was perfect. Beautiful views. The lagoon was not crowded making it a great place to relax. Walkway between the 4 resorts was awesome. A variety of shops and restaurants close by. Easy access to all parts of the island. It is on the quieter side of Hawaii which made it perfect. We had an excellent experience with Sherri, she goes above and beyond.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. Sherry, the property manager does an amazing job! The best stocked condo I have ever stayed in, they have thought of everything! The Villas are absolutely stunning. Clean and well maintained and the beach is so beautiful no easy to get to!

Beautifully and completely furnished property. Ocean view is stunning. We were met at arrival and toured through the facility. We didn't use the facilities, or the beach, in favor of sightseeing around the island, but everything is available. The Island market is convenient, but parking and the pay-to-park system are overboard when already paying hefty resort prices. We did enjoy Monkeypod, but went into Kapolei for everything else. Still highly recommended for those who want to stay on property, swim and sun.

We have stayed in Ko Olina previously, but it was our first stay at the Beach Villas. The unit was stocked with plenty of kitchen appliances, certainly everything we needed to cook meals. We had plenty of towels and pool / beach toys etc. Everything was perfection and Sherry was extremely accommodating, welcoming and responsive. We will be back! Many thanks for a beautiful family getaway!

Was our second time at the property, and lived up to everything we remembered! Sherry is amazing as on-site manager and we love the Beach Villas and Ko Olina area. Unit has everything you need and the lagoons are great for beach/snorkel. Definitely need a car if you want to get out and explore the island, but highly recommend making this your home base for your vacation.

I was lucky enough to rent this beautiful villa with my family for 10 days.
From the minute we arrived, Sherry & Neal treated us like absolute gold! They were so easy to work with, they made sure we had everything we needed from the minute we booked & the communication was so fast.
The kitchen was definitely the most well stocked we have ever had in a rental. You literally don’t need to buy anything except your food - there is a huge range of spices, cookware, utensils, & indoor & outdoor dishes.
The lanai was perfect, it stayed cool & shady all day, but our favourite thing was the lagoon.
We spent every day at the lagoon - the snorkelling is amazing & there’s guaranteed sun & shade.
We love the Ko Olina & can’t wait to come back

We have stayed at the Beach Villas at Ko'olina before and enjoyed it so much we stayed again! We love the location...the quiet lagoons and beaches, the pools, not too far from other things to do. The condo is in great shape, very clean, lanai is on the more shaded side, so it doesn't get too hot. Sherry is excellent at communicating and helping out with arrangements!

Property has everything you need! My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable like home away from home. The lagoons are great for the young and old. A lot you can do. Also walked to the nearby coffee shops market and restaurants.

Resort style stay without the fees!
We stayed in room 406, it was amazing. Sherry was great and helped so much with check-in and tour of property. Could not get the kids out of the lagoon pool!! There was painting going on so we didn't have day use of the lanai but I will for sure be back for another stay!! Mahalo!

Everything and more!
This property was amazing! Everything you could need or want was there - kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much every cooking implement you would need. The property manager also supplies guests with dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry soap, hand soap, etc (many of those things we have had to purchase when staying at other vacation rentals) They also provide so much for beach activities (towels, wagon, snorkel supplies, tubes, rafts cooler, ice packs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, etc) All of these extra things made our stay so easy! The lagoon outside the unit is perfect for lounging and floating in the water without getting pounded by waves. If you want good snorkeling or waves you will need to travel to other beaches. The only thing we didn't like was the "no beach umbrella" rule in the lagoon. All the other lagoons don't restrict umbrellas so I'm not sure why the condo HOA won't allow it....having the shade is nice for those who need to limit sun exposure.
The unit is clean and the view is amazing! The property manager even left us with a gift basket full of snacks and goodies (and a birthday cake to celebrate my birthday) Nice extra touches everywhere. You will not regret staying on this property!

We have stayed in many properties, and this was one of the very best. Everything was top notch; Sherry the manager, the property itself, and the condo was stocked with absolutely everything you could need. Sherry is always jut a phone call away and is so helpful! I can't recommend this highly enough.

The Ko Olina area has a trail linking the 4 lagoons, I ran every morning which was wonderful. I would also walk to neighboring restaurants, as the bar by the pools serves small snacks & drinks. Multiple hot tubs to choose from while you are grilling dinner at night, my girls loved the quiet pool which was the warmest pool.
The unit itself has absolutely everything you need for the beach, we would load up the cart with snorkel gear, beach towels, floaties and cooler which were all provided. We took the cooler with us everywhere we went on the island and always had cool drinks and snacks which was nice traveling with children.
There is the Ko Olina Center nearby with Starbucks, Vintage Island Coffee shop, pizza place, Mexican restaurant, and a small store to by basic food items and hot foods.
It was nice to stay away from the crowds, and easily drove all over the island. I would highly recommend this rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at BT-406 — we were there for a week as a family of five. The property is well maintained, has all the amenities that you need, and has an amazing view of the water! I enjoyed beautiful morning walks on the beachfront path that winds along the lagoons, we swam in the lagoons and pools, and enjoyed the nearby restaurants. Both the owner and property manager were very responsive and accommodating prior to our arrival, as well as during our stay. I would highly recommend this property, you will thoroughly enjoy your stay in Ko Olina!
