Excellent location and superbly decorated.

Nothing at all

Location was great and the decor of the property was very nice.

The weather wasn’t too good when we were there so the apartment was cold on an evening. There were only 2 huge bath towels for the week and there was nowhere to dry them so had wet towels for 5 days. Also, no curtains or blind in the bedroom, only a net curtain so the bedroom was very light early in the morning.

The apartment was very nice, clean, large and stylish. It was equipped with everything you may need for a nice vacation. The friendly owner met us personally at the doors the first day and handed over the keys plus gave us tips about what to do and where to go - and where e.g. to park our car for free. Nice central location with the nearest (really excellent) tappas restaurant literally only 50m away.

There was really nothing we didn't like. All our expectations were met or surpassed. We knew there isn't a terrace or balcony, so that was ok for us. Use above mentioned restaurant "La Garimba" as your terrace with a view... ;-)

We new there was no balcony so that is fare enough but a week is too long, nothing in the fridge not even a bottle of water. We arrived at 6:30 the partner of the owner met us and was great, got locked in bedroom first night but she came straight away to help.

Great location. Friendly host with useful local recommendations and tips. Well equipped. Private. Nicely decorated with a very comfy bed.

WiFi was a bit jittery, but fine when it worked (most of the time). We had mobile data anyway so it wasn't an issue.

The apartment is located in the Charco area, with the best restaurants and bars of Arrecife. It’s also a perfect location for running/ cycling. It’s very easy find free park car just in front door entrance. The apartment decoration is very nice; no noise outside ( perfect place also for work accomodation, better than a small hotel room ). Thanks to Garry for be your guest in this “great place”.

The location was excellent being next to the lagoon and close to bars and restaurants. The shopping district (including the supermarket) and the new restaurant area next to the harbour are all within a 10 minute walk away.

We loved everything about our stay. Our landlord Garry was very helpful with information about the location and sorted out a minor problem with the new TV as soon as it was brought to his attention.
