Property is perfect for a family stay in San Antonio- very comfortable, clean, and great for a base of enjoyment of the city. Handles 6 adults easily. Great host with communications.

The house was super clean and had everything you need. We cooked dinner a few times and the only thing we needed to buy was food and drink. Pots, pans, cups, plates, bowls, utensils .. everything was already at the house. It was very spacious with a big owner’s suite and huge on-suite bathroom. The upper stairs rooms were the perfect size for our 2 teenagers and my mother-in-law. The house is only about a 20-25 min drive to downtown San Antonio. We had a rental car so we were able to get around easily. Florence (peppery owner) was very responsive and easy to reach, even late at night.

Beautiful and inviting. This was an amazing property that provided plenty of space for our family to fellowship and relax. The neighborhood was quite and friendly.

This was my first VRBO rental. Every good thing others have shared about the property and the property owner are correct. It was all clean, beautiful, safe & quiet. Downstairs a king bed & bath with a walk in shower and a showplace jacuzzi/tub for two. (We used the tub ledge for group pictures, but never tried it out.) Also a convenient half bath/toilet just inside from the garage. The kitchen has a drip coffee maker, electric hot pot for tea water, filtered drinking water through the spacious refrigerator, a toaster, microwave, ceramic stove top, and an older but works just fine dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with fairly new, large, Samsung washer and dryer. We used them. Upstairs (the owner asks that you remove your shoes when walking up the wooden steps.) two bedrooms, three beds and a comfortably sized bathroom with a step in the tub shower. The water pressure was just fine throughout the house. The A/C worked well both upstairs and down. There were plenty of towels and washcloths and extra pillows and blankets. Before you go shopping at the very nearby H-E-B or super Walmart, check out the shampoos, coffee, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc. that previous "guests" have left. It will save you a bit. We left some of those items too, You're welcome. There are patios upstairs & down great for morning coffee. Eddy's is nearby- good Mexican food - not superb but fine for talking & relaxing. Downtown10 -14 miles. Airport is 7. Nat.Bridge Caverns 25 mi.

This house is great! Florence was amazing to work with. Have been staying in Vrbo’s for a lot of years and this the first time the host has ever called me the day before to see if we had any questions. House is centrally located to just about everything in S.A. Had everything we needed and was very safe behind locked gate. Area is good , close to HEB for groceries . Would definitely stay in this house again. Thank you Florence! You and your house were wonderful!

We definitely enjoyed our back to school/inflation vacation here at Mrs. Florence’s private paradise. Would definitely come back again. Precious, private neighborhood, spacious and well decorated. Definitely felt like home during our stay!

Owner was great. House was clean and well stocked. Pleasant outdoor patio area. Able to walk to golf course. Gated cul de sac but not a country club setting. Neighboring homes not as nice as this home.

The house was really, really clean and had everything you could need to make the stay comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay very much. The drive to the San Antonio hot spots was about 30 minutes but it wasn’t an issue for us. I would definitely stay at this property again.

House location was a great for everything we wanted to do and see. Very clean, comfortable, all the amenities needed. My daughter enjoyed sitting on the upstairs balcony every morning. We played cards at the table every. Even enjoy the local bowling ally just down the street.

It was such a pleasure to stay in this beautiful home. It was super clean and had plenty of room. The homeowner was very friendly and was quick to respond. It is also located in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood. The location is perfect and you have everything within driving distance. Highly recommend this gem and would stay there again in the future!

We had planned a short getaway to San Antonio with the kids and in-laws. We were close to everything, Riverwalk, Quarry shops and restaurants and were not too far away from Six Flags or San Marcos. The House was exceptionally clean and was not the typical rental, it had been decorated and cared for and it showed. We were very happy with this cozy home away from home. We will be back!

Florence’s home is lovely and the photos were exactly how it looked in person. Everything was spotless and comfortable. It’s in a very safe area, yet an easy ride to the airport. She is easy to work with and I enjoyed my stay very much. I would definitely choose her home again the next time I am in San Antonio.
