The staff is polite, responsible, friendly. Everything was impressive. The tidy view of the staff. Good events every evening.

no warm water in the shower. unable to lock my door when im not in the room. very little food variation. chef will serve you meat so you dont fake too much. Some employees were fussy. If you ask for another glass of soda (all inclusive) they will give u a TINY plastic glass you can drink in one chug. Asked for toiletpaper and towels 4 times before they finally gave me. (asked around 20.00 and got it around 14.00 the next day!!)

The staff were all super helpful and friendly, especially the night manager, sheriffe. The location s brilliant, we much preferred it to naama bay and in general the facilities were excellent.

The place was amazing. All the staff were what made the holiday. Special shoutout to Miso on the entertainment team and Carlos the bartender. They both went the extra mile! Would recommend this to anyone staying in egypt. Paradise!

Very friendly staff and lovely pool areas. No beach but free rides daily to a beach nearby. Nice and clean hotel with comfortable beds and quiet rooms at night.

Hello it's first time to me in coral hills . I was afraid from beginning coz the prices not high for the offer that i toke and also i see some bad comments on booking so totally i was worried. but when i went to there i see all the guys so friendly and all of them Smalling all the time . My room was very clean and pool view so really i was very comfortable from service . About restaurant. my offer was full board really it was amazing coz I didn't know how to eat everything from the many available items 😂

Staff, location, cozy room, front desk, room air-conditioning, cleanliness.

Breakfast, water faucet in the bathroom was hardly working, phones inside the rooms are not working. The TV channels are limited and mostly scrambled.

In general it was acceptable
